Thought of the day for Nathan, "The early bird get the worm But the second mouse gets the cheese".
That’s a new one for me 😅
Like that one he thinks like me
Packastani truck would weld extensions on those axels before noon.
They could but then the metal would be stuffed due to the heat generated unless they were removed from the tractor and tempered properly
only way to get more room between tires is to add dual spacers, we use 10" spacers here..:)
Still got the winter air in them. Put the summer air in them and you’ll be fine😂
I love how in the subtitles it always says music playing when its a massive diesel engine running. It basically is music.
Out here in the country we refer to that sound as stack music
I can't imagine the money you folks spend on maintaining equipment
I see that Andrews legs are getting longer. You can probably put some spacers on your dual hubs to give you more space.
Put in 4in spacer on dual hub and longer bolts it will also add more weight
Have to get some hub extensions. It will pull better with wider tires anyway, i found that out with one of our tractors. We had the duals tucked in close and we were getting stuck, so we spaces them out about 10 inches and it was exponentially better
boy...she's a "full-figured gal"....from behind
According to my Deere brochures, the small starter weight is 165 lbs, the mid size are 450 lbs and the large weights are 1400 lbs. I know they can vary from that, but that is how they are listed in all my brochures. If anyone was interested in that sort of stuff.
Extra washer fluid will fix them wheels, or maybe a different bulb in the left side blinker 😂
Snap on torque wrench that size. Wowzer…..$$
I hate having a quiz on a Monday!! Worse yet--homework! This will probably be on the final too!! You probably are going have to get Alex to do a detail like Sarah did on the other hoss! That should fix it! Great video Andy!
Hi Andy and everyone from northwest Missouri sorry bud I'm like a year behind on your video's bud been having lots of trouble around home but congratulations on the newer tractor 🚜 Bud ❤
Put boards on the scales. And you can weigh the tractor with duals on.
no idea how to fix the wheel situation 😅 but I love the videos and will look forward to seeing the next one
That will be a heck of a pushing and oack rig. She looks real wide that gonna fit out the door of the shop. Another good one andy
time to move the hub flanges, inners in and the outers out, mud and stones between the tires is bad news but the sidewalls touching at the bottoms where they naturally bulge out is fatal for the tires. Hopefully you will not need to remove the weights, only the rear duals. Enjoy retorqueing the hub bolts.
Usually spacers are used on the outer hubs when using LSW's
I have said it before and I will say it again your families work ethic is amazing
Good video you had it all planned out what to do when you put the second dual wheel on 👍🚜
Thanks for sharing. Always enjoy your videos, keep em coming. Stay well be safe.
You’re missing the hub spacers.
drill drain holes in chain bin of the trailer
There are gaps around the outside for water to run out
I don’t know, looks like a nice place to keep pet rocks? lol. Great video
why is it that most of the channels I subscribe to, feature the lead talent purposefully trolling their audiences on weights, torques, lengths, maths in general.... I love it.
Andy, the keyboard mechanics will tell you just to jack it up in the back like an early 70’s Chevy Nova or Camaro 😂
Another good Job Andy Thanks for the video's 🐄 🚜🇺🇲👍
Never a dull moment when you boys are together ! Using the boys Snap-off tools 😂😂😂😂 good luck with warranty 😂😂😂 nice to see it coming along Andy thanks for the cliff hanger 😂😂👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌🏻
Thought of the day--"Never Kiss By The Garden Gate...Love is Blind, but NEIGHBORS AINT!!!😂
That lowboy trailer is looking really nice great video
That's crazy since you only changed it by 1" !! Looks like a spacer is missing !! Pretty sure my neighbor has spacers or there 9620R ?? Can't wait to hear!! Either I have been watching your videos longer than I think or Andrew is growing faster than a Weed 😮🤔👍
Hello Andrew, great eye.....
Aw the suspense his killing me, guess got to watch the next Andys problem solver😊
I like the Fan participation!! I guess a different style dual hub??? Are how many guesses do we get??
Hi Andy !
Hi Andrew !
Good video !
Thanks Andy for your time and every have a good day at the farm ! 🙋♂️
Harbor Freight has a hydraulic table, that will get those almost where you need them.I used to muscle around 06D compressors(357 lbs) but as I get older they get harder to carry around. Get one and thank me later.Thx for the video
Some dual spacers and all will be good to go. 👍
Spacers between the hub and the dual! Easy fix, more money and a little more weight!! I am more concerned that the front tires will have more weight on them than they are rated for with the added wheel weights and the weight of the dozer blade's leverage way out front!! Good luck!!
Blinker fliud and summer air will take care of this issue.
I think you need to put some of those tires on the 4620’s and the 6030!
Project farm tested some harbor freight impacts. He is the go to for that type of testing. Also torque test channel for sure.
I've always used Milwaukee or Dewalt. A few years back DeWalt seemed to go cheep and not hold up so I went exclusively with Milwaukee. I purchased a Hercules 1/2" drive impact just to give it a try and found it to be weak. My 3/8" Milwaukee is just as strong.
Today my bad back is hurting more than a toothache. Watching you with those heavy weights and fighting those tires is making me hurt more.
Just buy a set of axle hub extensions to move those duals out 8”-10”
My thought of the day is that people do things different, they can do it their way and you can do it your way but some may learn something new, l know I do by watching and listening but I am curious to see how you fix that problem though. Until next time, have a good one Andy
Andrew looked like a pretty big man climbing up onto a pretty big machine. Well done Andrew willing to jump right in there to help out.
I'm gonna say you need to run the tractor in some figure 8's then pull the duals and torque the hubs before you install your dual spacers.
Quick fix
Let the air out !!!
Enjoyed your video Andy I'll have to wait for you to show what's wrong. I'm thinking there to close and will rub causing damage to tires. ?????? Have a great day.
Andy, you got squat problems, and lots of it. 🤣
Great catch Andrew
Gold bond will stop the tires from chaffing.
😂
Good eye Andrew!
Keep on learnin young man.🤙
Looks good from my couch!
Good video, keep the people guessing i have seen all your video's and Andrew is getting taller every day.
I love when I take parts in and the techs say it’s the worst they’ve ever seen. Mechanic use to say that about my moms van brakes. Think she used them as a regulator and just kept the gas petal down.
Just weld axle extensions on. There's your problem.👊👊👍👍
Never ends , it’s a wonder you guys get time to sleep
A little wd40 will make that door latch on the 9620 work a lot better. Keep the old man straight there Andrew.
Great videos Thanks
You need a spacer for the dual hub to push the dual out.
Easy fix on the tractor- its so easy and so obvious, you will all just smile when you see how simple it is to get the space between the tires he wants. After he is done, you will all say why didnt I think of that.
I think a continental kit is in order for that beast. Showing my age 😅. Thank you
Where are the dual hub spacers you need for the fat tires?
Hidden on the other side of the shop. This was a How Not To instructional video .
Great video. Looking forward to the comments. :)
You have the inside tire on the outside So just swap them👍
I've never been to a farm in real life but I've seen on UA-cam those big red tractors with the tracks so you should just get one of those and a stretchy rope because it would work better than your wheel weights. You could probably find one with a Midland radio already installed.
I think you need more head room in the shop. Pulling that tractor in and out made my butt pucker
Narrower outer tyres to be fitted, and the ones currently on sold ?
I’m no expert so knowing my limitations I’ll wait for your explanation. I could say something dumb- my wife says I’m good at that
Do they make a spacer to put on the dual hub to extend the wheel out?
Thanks. I have no clue
I think some ready rod and stack of washers should hold up just fine
Harbor freight has stepped it up quite a bit on there tools . I buy a lot from them and I’ve been really happy with there performance.
I have no idea how to remedy that situation. But I can see everything involving wheels, axles and hubs is HEAVY!
If and/or when you get a different combine, does the shop door go high enough for a new one?
Great job Andy might as well teach young ones while there young!!
Andy! I popped my gut watching you lift that weight.
All the best with that team
Hub spacers will give you more gap but not sure why you are putting the outside on if your going to use spacers??
Great video as always Andy
Howdy Andy, I hope ya'll are doing well,
I knew the problem right from the start, even before you started putting the weights on, and here's the answer....it's not a Big Bud, did I get it right Andy 😂
Oh well, can't be right all the time, Stay safe, God Bless and Farm on my Friends
Keep up the good work your amazing the fly guy see you soon in may
Andy it looked like you were carrying the bulk of the weight. Thanks for sharing
And congrats on 100 k subscribers Andy you deserve a few million subscribers ❤❤😊😅
Oh man I didn’t want to do any thinking. I did enough for the day. Ill get back to you on the next video on what’s wrong.
You are tormenting us by keeping us in suspense. You should know everyone will watch the next video anyway. Best video on UA-cam!
Andy love watching your videos and the work you and your family and crew do keep up the great work
Thought for the day,,,do fish get thirsty?
Do you need to move in the inside wheels
i thought that they were really close when you put the first dual on.
i’m guessing that you have to move the inner tire , in more?
but i don’t see that why you would have put both sides on knowing the problem before hand 🤷♂️
my second guess would be more air in the tires maybe, cause if you have to take anything apart , that’s cheating 😂.
it will be interesting to see, what your remedy is.
anyway love you’re videos, cheers from canada.
Hi Andy again if you watch Brian's farming videos from Ohio he is testing a hydraulic tire grabber that fits on skid loader to handle tires Bud 😮
Oh nice, not sure if we do enough tires to warrant buying one of those…. They do a lot more tires than I do
The dodge fans would have already ordered the spacers!
Our Steigers had to have spacer put in.
Damn Andy watch your back!
Forklift, that’s better. You were hurting my back watching you manhandle the first one.
Since im probably the smartest guy here i can tell you the problem and how you can fix it!!
Nate probably mistaken the skid steer tires for those!
or you could put flex seal tape around the gap because that stuff fixes everything!
hopefully I'm close!! 👍👍
I'm no "expert" 😅... but probably because the squat of the tires from weight there isnt' enough room for them to flex. What happens when the tires hit each other when flexing? Can it tear out wheel bearings or tire failure?
Someone forgot to ship the extensions
Spacers might work 🤔. Tell Sarah everyone in Northeast Arkansas says hey and it wouldn't kill her to give us a thought for the day😅😁🤭. You have some amazing kids there young man 👍👍👍🙋♂️🚜🐄🍺🍺🍺
