Your onto something having Alex film that makes for good video of you working
Nice job, Andy. Love it when a girl's get involved. Alex, don't be so hesitant. Jump up in there. You did a great job camera work.
Andy you are exactly right it needs them extions on it you are right I’ve been watching you since you started this channel and it’s my favorite and watching you over the years you know what you are doing
Caveat Emptor. But you probably knew what you needed when you made the deal. Experience gives you a PhD, but no paperwork showing you earned it. Great video, again. And the cinematography was excellent!👍👍
Hopefully he finds used extensions, new are $1295 each .
The girls are so lucky to have a Dad that has brung them up right .
Andrew's next question, what do I gotta do to get a tractor like that 🚜🇺🇲
Whenever I purchased "used", first things I ever did, change all fluids and filters regardless. Too many "if's" about that and yes, I've seen the carnage of what happens when just trusted on one's word.
That's awesome that they put the family farm name on it. I think you should return that silage blade, it doesn't go high enough in the air Andy hahahaha.
Good job Andy an team👍🚜
I can’t imagine the force on those axels and wheel bearings.
Dealing with a dealership out of state and people you don't know probably makes you that much more grateful for Cazenovia equipment I bet. You set up equipment like I do lol... setting it up for what you know the guys are going to do it before hand
Yes sir
Interesting project getting this tractor setup how you need it. I'm sure it will be a great tractor for you. We never stop gaining experience. Can't wait to see Alex working with it in the field. Thank you for the content.
That tractor and blade are a beast. That should push and pack some silage.
What a rig !!!!!!
Have your tire dealer adjust the lsw with the sidewall issue. That’s not damage it’s a known issue with the sidewall seam not being under the tread rubber.
Hi Andy !
Hi Sarah and Alex !
Good job and looking very good that new pushing blade on that big tractor .thanks for the strory for the missing spacer between your weels .
Charlotte and Sarah you are first class for running the camera on your dad .
Thanks everybody and everybody have a good day at the farm ! 💖🙋♂️
I figured there had to be some kind of spacer for those duals.
Knew something was up when you didn't clock the back tires. See I listen to you, best pod cast on Equipment Repair. Could burn though few cold ones talking stories.
How would he "clock" the tires without taking one set off the rims and lining them up?
@lynwessel2471 , that why I knew there was more work to be done. Just getting together to see what needs to change
@@bobdubree4718 Answer is nobody clocks tractor duals.
Hi Andy, that sure is a pretty blade, and I really like the farm name burnt into it
Miss the girls and their awesome video streaming. Love their energy, brings character to the videos!!
Looks like it is going to be a pushing machine Andy. Thanks for the Great video.
My son is a service tech at our local JD dealer 2 years ago he put Crouser blades on 10 new 9R's I didn't realize how much work it was.
Good content team thanks for your efforts
Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see this in action! Looks Awesome.
Wow Andy with the blade. That's a badass tractor!!! Fix the wheel problem like you said! And I hope it all works out for your farm!!! And gives a big positive on your investment!!!!!
Nice work sir have a great day.
Great video and explanation of your dilemma
As long as you ‘go ahead “and put those other pieces on the blade cause if you ‘go backwards “instead of ,go ahead putting on those pieces you will have problems. Always gotta remember. GO Ahead
Holy smoke Andy , that tractor is not going to blow away in the wind.
Don't know which one but good thumb up by one of the ladies.
You guys will really like that blade! 👍
That blade was manufactured just a few blocks from where I live. A beast.
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO ANDY 😊
Awesome video thanks Andy nice job 🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜
Another good one Andy 👍 🇺🇲🚜
Good looking tractor guy's
For price of hub extensions I’d be calling dealer you purchased it from
That is quite the setup 👍
Nice blade with the grain like holes and even got the name in there. (like tiktok filming;)
Man, that thing is broader across the back side than Fani Willis.
It ain't all lumpy though. :)
That's a sharp looking blade
Great job andy sounds like alex is enjoying trucking life if sarah doesn't want 9620 im sure andrew will be in the seat fast enjoy all your videos keep them coming
Nice blade setup. Telehandler would hate being on silage pile and would hate having the weight on it for packing while at Deere I modified a couple blades for cities for snow removal lots of fun and customizing to make the work with wing mowers.
Wow they completely changed the design of those blades. Looks much better than the older ones
Andy that looks prettyy daarrnn good!! That tractor is so freaking huge.. Freaking beast of a thing. Looking forward to see that thing i action!
Thought of the day: I think Nate should have the camera for a day or so. Name of the video should be: A day with the poop guy!
Because thats what i see him doing the most. Driving poop and fixing or playing with the poopmachines. Last video he was hugging back of that manure spreader looked like a good tinder profile picture! He looked cute. NO HOMO
Have a great day boys and girls!
Might be a first, a smile and thumbs up from Sarah right at the camera! 🙂
Keep up the good work 🙂
In the winter you can let Andrew plow snow.
That is one massive blade. That tractor ain’t no slouch. Olgoat
Once and awhile the new paint makes things go together harder
LOL My thought of the day. Nate keep the wheels off the bunk wall. I know easier said then done.
Sure hope that dealer gives you the hub extensions.
A farmer will be glad when his job is done...That's hilarious!
Yes. Back is always up
Boy she had a big booty on that tractor good luck with it Andy I hope it serves you good and great video as usual keep it and keep up the good work
Andy the front left tire looks a bit flat on that tractor.
I hope that blade is heavy enough That’s a big horse behind it!
I’m always impressed with how clean your facilities and equipment are…your shop employees have their own area where they keep their extra change of shop clothes etc…you have a vendor like Cintas that launders your shop employees uniforms etc? I shouldn’t call them shop employees when they do field work also…my bad
Most people that come to buy have not 10% of his knowledge. He held them to proper deal. They were glad Andy left! I bet.
Like a water pump on a ih cub. Water cooled no pump.
Lol
Thanks Andy.
Have You given though to using Big iron Sheeps foot Wheels like that is use on land fill packers ??
Young feller going to have a nice snow plow tractor for next winter.
This man i nice to bring us along. His family farm costs a lot and it's a lot of work regulating feed preparing all.
Mostly repairing better than new in most cases. What he is teaching the young is priceless
I work on cars. People tell me they changed the oil every 3k miles. That means they changed it every time the dash told them to change it. Most vehicles go 10k plus between changes. Factor in months of change oil message being in your at 15k interval. But they say 3k
Bought many spools from Unverfiirth MFG
Coloured wire ties come in handy to identify proper hydraulic hose placement
They fade
I bet the fabricator has watched these vids big time
I can see Andrew wanting to use that to plow snow next year.
Very nice and a D9 ain't not nothing on this baby. Can't wait for chopping time.. lol Thanks
A D9 actually has plenty on this thing 🤣🤣
@@TheRealJesseStoltzfusNot for packing silage. The ground pressure isn't high enough on track machines to get a good pack. Heck yeah, they can move more dirt, but that's not what Andy needs. Pushing a truckload of silage while compacting the pile is his goal, not moving a mountain of dirt.
Those silage blades need hydraulic wings so you can push feed from a 16 row forage chopper
Great Vid 👍👍👍👍🚜🚜🚜🚜🎯🎯🍺🍺🍺🍺
Very impressive setup, nothing runs like a Deere....but I think this one it's going to crawl 😂.
I like the JCB
Lugs!!!
What is Sarah gonna do now? Is she gonna haul silage and pack at the same time? LOL ;)
I definitely don't think I want to see that tractor coming at me ,holy shit is that thing wide
Do you have to pay for the hub extensions or the people you got the tractor from.
👍
❤❤❤❤❤❤
do you have a bigger chiesl on the way for this big horse the smaller of the 2 blue ones you have will be a play toy to her
Not yet
Nice tractor, can't wait to see it in action! Which one of your girls will be the lucky operator?
Alex during tillage
Hi Andrew
How do u drive that tractor on road do you need a permit for it. Also whe you configure new added wheels how wide will that rig be. What type of work is that tractor used for.
Would it be best buying a cat loader do same job and probably better than a tractor converted to a loader
Dozer would be too slow
I just have one question won’t that be hanging out more on them axles all that weight ain’t that hard on the axles you won’t break it axle will you just curious I’m not surprised to be a smart butt but just keep asking a question😊
It’s all designed for that
That sucks about the duals.
thats all most same size as our HLA blade attachment for case 340 and komatsu loaders
Nothing 5 grand won’t fix
I would recommend greasing everything real good before cycling those cylinders too much!!!
Is bunk work all this tractor will be used for?
No it will be primarily doing tillage
@@FarmingFixingFabricatingon the packing tractors we welded a 1/2" thick by 2" wide "donut" the whole way around the bead to protect the rims rubbing the wall
Cut on a torch table in segments I should have mentioned
C’mon Farmer Nath gives the two fingers one 😂
How many hours are on the 9620R when you acquired it?
All of them
The answer I was expecting.😂
Can you put fluid in those tires?
Yes but we ain’t going to
How much $$ for the extensions for the hubs? Couple grand???
New they are $1240 each
Hi Andy, been watching your channel for last 2 years, just thought of it came with duals and they said it didn't need spacers, I think they should pay for them? Just my thoughts.
Darn it Andy, I failed the Quiz!!
Nate looks like Sasquatch!!!
Fair do's you work bloody hard stupid question why do have to weight them big tractors down so much?
You have to have the horse power to weight ratio as close as you can get it so as to maximize proper traction
Like they are they rub if squating any at all.
It’s a wonder you guys don’t get asphyxiated in the shop
P damn that's just like a blade on a d9
Once that blade does a few hours of work it’ll fit a lot better
🤩🤔👍👍👍💪
u found that tractor on Tractorhouse?
Yeah
Can I ask the size of that blade.
16’ wide
Do I get a cookie for knowing the correct answer? 😂
She is a green beast. Nice additions by the ladies and their smiling faces too. Nepotism at it's finest!!! ;-)
Oil and filters a $$$ but my $ a oil sample also I bet
