I love that gun. I have one with rapid hit and zen and one with rapid hit headseeker. 77 range 66 stablity on both. I farmed that first boss a million times for god rolls. It's great. I love the sights and the feel, it just feels better than any other pulse IMO. We can enhance it tomorrow. It stays in my inventory for pvp too, I don't always use pulse rifles but when I do it's my first choice.
That headshot sound it makes is as good as a vacuum crackling when it picks up stuff. Satisfying 🤤🥴

Since you care for handling fluted is a better handling barrel since it's +15 handling and +5 stability than 10 with arrowhead plus fitted stock alone makes the gun at 100 recoil direction
With Fitted Stock and Fluted you get 55 handling. Fluted is a better handling barrel yes. Yet with Arrowhead Break and Short-Action Stock you get the 70 handling he has. On top of the 100 recoil direction as well.
I literally crafted two of these one for pve and for pvp it’s just that good
I can't be bothered to grind out another old gun just because they made it craftable, but I have always loved outbreak in pvp. It's steady af and parasitism gets some sneaky kills behind cover. great weapon!
This thing is a laser. I was wondering why I kept getting shit on by it when I would disrespect it and then I got the crafted one and Jesus. I still shit on people who use it, it’s not gonna win you all your gun fights, that’s on you, it is very strong in the right hands. Meaning, if you can win your 1’s this thing can be very annoying for the other team.
u know why its so strong? its because alike the ikelos its designer edited the code in all his scopes and gave them all some sneaky camera shake sauce thats all the rasputin weapons btw but they removed it from ikelos cz it was too o.p

U can use fluted barrel and still have 100 recoil redirection and more handling
Unless you mean more Handling than it has at base, this is incorrect. You need Arrowhead or Fitted Stock to bring recoil direction to 100. Fluted/Fitted Stock puts you at 55 Handling (+10 over base), and Arrowhead/Short Action Stock (used in this video) gets you to 70 Handling (+25 over base).
I've played around with different barrel/stock combinations for a decent amount of time trying to find what feels best for me, and the high Handling with Arrowhead/Short Action feels much more noticeable than anything that's adding more Stability.
Also, with Headseeker, it's not the worst thing in the world if Outbreak has a little more bounce (if you can call it that) with less Stability. This gun is an absolute beam even at 40 Stability.
