well, I noticed that in this performance Nicke plays something more like a B5, instead of Bm. tried it myself and it sounded quite right. you might have this figured out already, but in this Homeland project, as well as in the Babies, Nicke uses half step down tuning. you're welcome, btw!
there's two sequences of chords (capo on 2nd fret); intro and chorus: B minor/G/D/A (but you finish the chorus on G) verse: D/A/G/D/A after the solo you just go up one whole step -- I'm not good at explaining things, but I hope it helps. =]
