I really appreciate the fact that you always give credit to the website you get recipes from. I've seen so many What's for dinner channels that act like they made the recipes up themselves.
I try to when I remember! I come up with a lot of stuff "on the fly", but it's good to get some inspiration and send people that way when I do. :)

I have a Pork chop recipe for ya.
Mother's German Pork Chops:
In a skilllet add oil, bread bone-in chops. Not thick chops, not the thinest chops. Just right bone in chops.
Bread them in butter milk and flour salt and pepper add to a hot skillet. Let them cook several minutes before flipping. Let cook for several minutes on each side. The crispier the chops the better. Add 2 cans of Bavarian sauerkraut. Stir in and scrape up the crust the sauerkraut should BROWN UP. In the skillet. Remove chops leave sauerkraut in a little longer. Then, serve chop with sauerkraut on top! Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and frozen or fresh peas!
Yum yum yum!!! Delicious!
(We also serve with raw sliced onion)

Lately, my energy levels vary with how much sleep I get, so I totally get needing some easy meals.
On my higher energy days I make recipes that make several servings, I freeze enough for our meals ( for 2 adults) worth in containers for my non-cooking days. I also freeze separate ingredients that I can easily combine to make meals.
My friend has made the lemon dessert. I would call it a cake not a bar. I was surprised by the ingredients 😂

We got a lot of busy nights with basketball and baseball starting soon for the kids. This will be a life saver for busy nights!
This weekend was A LOT for us! Tonight I made hamburger helper (the stroganoff one, which I always keep on hand now because of you) with a pound of ground turkey and a whole bag of great value frozen peas and carrots. It was a huge hit and the comfort meal we all needed. I got it cooked while catching up on the dishes that went wild over the weekend.
I love that pork chop recipe. I recently tried it with bacon horseradish dip instead of french onion, and it was a hit with my husband. You can use any combination of sour cream-based dip, cheeses, and something crunchy.

Gosh I can't believe the amount of mixes, ready made items in America. I am in South Africa, while we have a lot of packaged and frozen items, it is quite expensive. We certainly do not have canned dough/biscuits

Whistlers Mother! Another easy dessert is mix together a 22 oz can of crushed pineapple and a box of one-step angel food cake mix (the type you just add water to like you used). Bake in 9x13 pan until toothpick comes out clean. Top with whipped cream or cool whip. This is an old WW recipe. Easy and yummy.

The lasagna soup was really good, and I think I'll use that little trick again. I'm actually not a huge fan of the frozen lasagnas, but this was a great way to utilize them!
The best frozen lasagna is from Costco. Two trays for $17, and you can bake them in the microwave! The sausage/beef is very tasty. Has some spice to it. The beef is good but I like the kick of the sausage/beef even more!
Red hots candies can be added to the rosey applesauce jello, they give a good cinnamon flavor. I'm not sure how much to put in though.

I’ve been collecting simple, inexpensive recipes to put together a cookbook or recipe box for our son who lives in the Army barracks; which has also inspired me to make one for each of our children and our nieces and nephews when they get out on their own as well. I make a pineapple dessert with a can of crushed pineapple and a box of Angel food cake mix. Super easy and delicious.
