The Ram group has been forced to price everything to 70-90k. If they do the 35% reduction on MSRP across the board like they are talking about, then it will be more in line with what the pricing expectation for more of the market. I think the issue that we aren’t talking about is everything under the sun is getting more expensive and that naturally leads to everything being priced higher for a larger margin to attempt to “beat the market.” I’m also curious how much the 25% tariffs (manufacturing in Mexico) will offset that discount. As always, thanks, Ben!
I went and test drove a Limited last Friday and was blown away by how quick it was. Of course I had just gotten done driving my big lumbering 2500 Cummins there so the nimbleness and quickness of this one was quite the contrast. I honestly really liked it but can’t get myself to buy a first year model Stellantis product. Even though my last 3 trucks have been Rams and they’ve all been great the post Covid QC’s issues (with every brand) have me leery. They were offering $13k of MSRP right from the jump though. So that’s a step in the right direction.
@@ZachD-lh5sothe one I drove had a MSRP of $81k and they were advertising as $68k. I didn’t do any negotiating as I was just there to check out the ‘25s for the first time.
I'm a life long ram guy, and this pricing just makes it out of reach for me, and I'm pretty high earner, I think these prices are not fairly set for those who would usually buy this truck. I'm gonna just drive my 19 laramie until I can find one better priced used. Pricing is terrible.
Hey ben, I love all of your videos, you always review the cool specs! But could you improve the camera angles; because sometimes the handheld videos gets little uncomfortable to watch long time! Merry christmas
True but we had way better discounts and better lease deals as well. I got a laramie 4x4 v8 with a 6 foot bed for 46k out the door I lease for 450 with only first payment . That is impossible now days, not only that I got my truck when was freshly redesign. My friend got a limited for 62k out the door with every option.
I’ve always had Ram trucks and been the best. This engine went under great tests before it was released. This is a great engine. The only thing I don’t like is no way to check your fluids like a normal way. Bring back the sticks to check. Zero issues and good reliability. Prices are prices unfortunately.
Very disappointed of Ram, especially longtime customers like myself, pricing is not just confusing but you feel that yr getting bamboozled somehow. If you’ve felt uneasy going into a dealership in the past, now you feel defensive, am I wrong? Still thinking which one.🤔
CRAZY, that is at least $35,000 overpriced. when Stellantis comes back down to reality with their prices and offers a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty like Kia and Hyundai they might actually increase sales and gain a larger piece of the pie in U.S.sales.
297 miles on a new truck. That is a lot of test drive/no buy. Price is outragiously high for a 1500 level truck. Ram to Toyota Tundra like...hold my beer on overpriced garbage.
This is a complete joke. The Night Package is nothing more than black paint and cheap black plastics, yet they charge more. 90 grand? Sure, whatever. I'm getting to the point where I wish China would build a good full sized truck and sell it in the states without tarriffs for 40 grand. The Big Three deserve to go out of business.
Damn! Almost $90,000. They’re getting out of control.
It's called "Limited" cause there's only a limited amount of the population who can afford vehicles like this ..
😂
Same with the Ford F150, Nissan Titan and Toyota Tundra. Unlimited for GM trucks 😂😅@@marthajacobo3519
No I can afford it.

End price?

Ben, I notice that you didn't do the exterior startup for the Hurricane. I understand 😂
Ram built a awesome truck love tool box on the side love the ice buckets
With the off road package, it's like a ultra luxurious Rebel! Locking rear axle, skid plates, the whole nine yards! ALL FOR $90,000 INSANE DOLLARS!

Shhhh mmm I’ll just grab the Rho at that price 😱
May as well buy a TRX.

I would definitely buy that exact setup.
love the 22s on the Ram. Wish it was lowered would look like a mean steet truck.
It is a beautiful truck but definitely has a weird respect I remember in 2019 you could get a beautiful limited for 67,000
I really don't see the price difference. A similar optioned 2019 Limited was about 88K in today's dollars including destination.

67 in 2019 is almost 82 in today's money. You are not too far, but the discounts before were better. I got 25% of both of my ram 2017 and 2019
@lwd1611 did you read? A guess not try again or post accurate information.
Hey Ben! Thanks for the reviews. Can you do one of the 2025 Caterpillar (CAT) truck? Thanks
Excellent truck! Luxury with off road capability.

I'm not sure about a truck that when you put 4 full sized adults in the cab, you have to worry about exceeding the payload.
Only 4 obese adults.
I hope just like the waggoneers that these rams get price cuts and they fix the pricing that is all over the place on these trucks.
What is happening with the 2025 tundras ? Same issues as 2024/23/22? What are u hearing ?
Ramboxes are now standard for the Limited.
Let them eat it.
Would be better had they kept the HEMI for an option including the 6.4l just to compare against Ford and GM engine choices.
Is there a button on the side of the tailgate to lift it up?
It's the only truck I'd buy, but pricing has me keeping my 22 Limited..
It’s more than the Tungsten? Who decides the prices over there? Doesn’t seem like the market works anymore…
Very disappointed of Ram, especially longtime customers like myself, pricing is not just confusing but you feel that yr getting bamboozled somehow. If you’ve felt uneasy going into a dealership in the past, now you feel defensive, am I wrong? Still thinking which one.🤔
You can get a tundra for 50,000 or less now with discounts 90,000 dollars that is just ridiculous price
Very cool.

Pay more get more (defects)
Off Road package?!?!? 22s and sits low…. That thing isn’t going too far off road
Everything looks great…except for the price.
Loco prices 😅
Nice truck, but not a 90k truck… 55k max. The stereo knob shifter is such let down…
Ridiculous. Hopefully that crushes Ram

What a waste this is definitely LOT ROT worthy, RIP = Dodge
Your beard and hair style are not complimentary and makes you look much older. Poor choice.

2025 Ram 1500 Limited SST H.O. High Output Night Edition Crew Cab 4X4 OFF-ROAD Package!
I think its cheap. 90k dollars isn’t that much. I’ll just sell my house..
How to get to 100k subs
What kind of a hole would pay this you need treatment
