I can understand fans frustration here. However if you stop to think about it, signing the right players for Celtic is easier said than done. Its not easy to get the right player at the right price for the right wages. It would be very easy to bust the transfer budget, smash the wages ceiling on a couple of players that may decide a few months into their Celtic career that they want to put the tools away. Its happened at many other clubs, many times before with disastrous consequences. So let's judge the board at the end of this TW🍀

Tony o'reilly will probably be on 80k a week at Southampton. What's he on at celtic - lucky if it's 20k - the wages in England will drive the move, nothing celtic can do about that except maximise the players value

For the Scottish league as a brand... What happens to our TV money If we pull too far away? 🤔... Might partly explain why board not splashing the cash
Our tv revenue is a pittance compared to even smaller leagues than the big 5, wouldn’t be much impact to Celtic, more so to the rest of the league

Brendan came in last year , the amount of injuries to the team were huge , still won the Double
