1958 was a very wet year in Southwestern Oklahoma. We had a bumper wheat crop but rained continuously through the harvest season. So all the custom harvesters moved North before cutting our wheat. My father found one of those little drag type combines like the one in the video and we refurbished it and cut all our wheat.
