Many of you may not be aware that Yunnan is the main production area of small coffee beans. Thanks to the hot and dry valley climate, the coffee beans have a balanced taste with low acid levels, mild bitterness, intense fruity aroma and a fuller body. Yunnan coffee is warmly welcomed in the market. I picked a basket of coffee beans along Lujiang River and tried roasting my own coffee beans at home. In this quiet afternoon, let's enjoy a cup of hot coffee.

Every time I watch her videos I get this sense of peacefulness. I honestly envy the fact that she grew up knowing how to live off the land and knows how to make everything from scratch down to her baskets!! This way of living makes me want to go live in a rural area.
@@beingfurious2248 rural doesn't mean that they won't have any electricity, some of them save money so they can have things like those, but the whipping cream and so obviously were bought in the city, she sometimes gets to leave and bring nice things to her grandparents and family, this is nothing like what you're saying.

??? Was that cake supposed to have baking powder? Lots of novelty today. Picking coffee cherries, eating them? Might be enough to make some jelly or syrup... a very novel product. I roast coffee beans myself, but have never seen coffee growing on the tree. This is the most premium coffee you could have! It's supposed to be bitter, I think. It's medicine, right? A little bit poisonous really. I think the right thing is to have some sweet beside the coffee if you need it. Today's episode was unexpected, but I'm crazy about coffee and really enjoyed it.

I like your candor and down-to-earth attitudes. The fact that you recorded four failed attempts with the cake and included the footage of training Dawang at the end made your videos more appealing and relatable, better than the vlogs or videos that are excessively rehearsed and try too hard to appear perfect.
I've eaten coffee berries before. They have a weak and watery taste, just a hint of something between grape and pear. In case anyone was curious.
Dawang is the funniest fur baby, watching him and Dianxi telling him to do and not to do things just has me in stitches. Then there’s grandma who is always feeding him. Whenever your dog is about to pee in the wrong spot, say "no" in a horrible loud voice. Pretend your dog is about to get hurt, you noticed, and scream. Eventually, your dog would probably get it.
(If you naturally have a horrible loud voice 😂🤣😂)...therefore
Dog did not get it, then Plan B:
When the dog pee or poop at the spot that you want him/her to use, use a voice of approval after and immediately allow him/her to sniff a scent that you have chose (any scent...may it be coffee bean, vanilla bean, garlic, etc...but not a scent that would offend or bother your dog too much). The next time you take your dog for pee pee, at the spot where you would want him/her to pee, pull out that scent again and let the dog sniff. Stay there until he/she pees or poops. Then approve. This done over many times may lead your dog to relate that particular spot to for peeing/pooping, without the use of chosen scent. The dog related the equation {his/her pee or poop = chosen scent = that spot}. Eventually, the dog won't need that scent and would go to that spot anyway to pee, now that {pee or poop = that spot}. Scent is only a dummy variable and is not at all important to your dog. But don't grow coffee, vanilla, or garlic...otherwise, your dog may think where these plants grow is his/her toilet 🙄
This is what I would try if I had a dog, and it needs to be housebroken or be trained to toilet at a particular spot. And maybe don't use coffee, or vanilla, or garlic during the period of training. And don't choose a scent that you think your dog would find offensive ... like chili pepper. But each dog is different in the way they notice information and then process that information.

"Ugly" cakes are my favorite! They always tastes the best. My mom used to bake wedding cakes, and sometimes the cake would be too tall or it would have a funny bubble in the cake and so mom would let my siblings and I have the "ugly" cake. Lol It is a nice memory.

I really loved this video ☺️ Dwang getting your coat was so cute and the behind the scenes teaching was hilarious 😂 The names you gave to the dessert and drinks had me laughing, that was adorable. I also found the video very interesting. I love coffee... Especially mocha or peppermint mocha, although anything with peppermint gets my vote 😁 I've never known how coffee came about though and all the steps so I really appreciate your video. Kinda like watching how chocolate is made from start to finish...gave me an appreciation for how good chocolate is made...which makes me kinda sad for my own country (America) when I realized that the best chocolate comes from other countries like China, Japan, Mexico, and Korea. We make tasty chocolate, but chocolate isn't supposed to be bad for you... It's actually kinda healthy. We just add bad stuff to our chocolate. Too many preservatives, soy lecithin or soybean oil (which is bad for me cause I'm sensitive to soy) and a lot of processed sugar. Makes me wish so many things were done differently here. That eating and drinking didn't involve a degree in science and chemistry 🧪 That reading the ingredients on something didn't require pulling out my phone and using Google to look it up 🙄 I deeply appreciate videos like yours and Liziqi 🙂

@@dianxixiaoge only because it makes you more lovable. No one can be perfect all the time, that’s just not real. Real people have failures, which are really just experiments. You tried and didn’t give up. You could have replaced your cake with one baked by a professional baker and pretended it was your own, but you let us see that everything doesn’t turn out perfect but you just go on. My pumpkin pie ended up being 2 pies this year but my husband loved it.

When Penji showed her retakes fir the cake, it reminded me of the old Jackie Chan movies, where at the end of the movies, Jackie Chan would show how some scened were prepared or how many mistakes were made until thwy got the perfect shot. It's only human to make mistakes, and it's endearing to the viewers when we see her mistakes, it makes her more human and more relatable to us. And we all loveeeeee Dawang. If we put the food to one side, Dawang is the star of tbe show, so cute and funny when hes naughty!!

@@44jwong its because the seeds are toxic and should not be eaten and the fruitflesh is sweet and ment to be eaten to spread the seed. thats how nature works. no idea why people poison themselves willingly with coffee to excrete stresshormones to stay awake.
