Because he has no other flaws. He doesn’t offend anyone, never be controversial, never badmouth anybody or pick a fight and never disrespect any group of people. He is so nice and kind. So what left? Annoying laughters.
It's because sometimes he just laughs in place of having something to add to the banter/conversation or continue the joke. It's easier for guests to be funny when as a host you set it up for them. Different styles of comedy, it's still funny in other ways to just watch Jimmy laugh, but different from other late night hosts; many people were used to Johnny Carson and it's hard to fill his shoes

Genuinely surprised Jimmy didn’t get a wedding invite. I thought that he and Blake were ACTUAL friends outside of the show.
Most of their actual friends weren't at the wedding. They had 20-30 guests. Parents, siblings + their partners & kids, and one friend each. And then Carson as the officiant. It was a much smaller wedding than average. Ceremony at a tiny chapel, reception at their house in the middle of nowhere. They all stayed over for a couple of nights. Blake owns a building in town where Gwen's family stays when they're coming over from LA, but there's no hotels.
Jimmy is kidding according to them Jimmy was there thats why Blake is laughing and blushing
Jimmy wasn't there. It was pretty much a family only wedding, they had like one friend each. The only celebrity at the wedding was Carson Daly, who officiated and already was a mutual friend before they met.
