I am 21 now and when i was your age i used to listen his hours and hours of speeches. I was his great fan . He was a great philosopher and very rational person but he contradicted himself many times. So i am not saying you should not listen him but always analyse him critically and objectively and he also did that with other people. Never be someone's blind follower not even his.

I am beyond happy to see this video and all the positive comments here, Earlier I was quite frustrated that we Indians have been blessed with the greatest philosopher and mystic ever in the modern history of the world and still most of the Indians are so ignorant about him.
Osho was not a person but a whole era, a whole universe in himself. A lot of people have very much misconceptions about him, without even reading him.
I think he is also the most understood mystic ever but also the most relevant.
If you haven't read him yet, please do yourself a favour and go get some books and DVDs of him.
In today's time, Osho is salvation in itself. But you have to be very open if you want to immerse in his mysticism as he is going to destroy all your established belief systems and dogmas.
