But 14 (for you and me) is a heck of a lot OLDER than 8 year old. most people only learn to ride two wheeled bicycle at ~age 6. I wouldn’t have the slightest idea of how to drive a car at age 8. @MeatShank - Not hard to believe if you have the information that you need. For instance, I didn't see a cop following her. I saw a submission from another driver's dashcam showing the car slightly weaving down the street and her staying far away just in case the little girl weaved the car into her car's path. But we could have seen different dashcams. Where did you see a police dashcam? (not being snarky but want to see a cop's version of it). Also, it wasn't a Starbuck's drive thru....the Frappacino was from a Starbucks IN Target. Lastly, it's not hard to believe that the barista gave an 8-year old a Frap because they were probably thinking that her parents (who will sometimes send their kids to get things from the counter so that they can learn how to do it) were somewhere nearby and didn't think much of it!
