Hi, I'm thinking that the Mighty Algorithm needs feeding right about now, so here is one comment for it. Thank you for the video. The flowers are gorgeous. I love Phalaenopsis. I have five different ones in flower at the moment in my kitchen. Different colors and sizes of course. They are the best plants to have indoors here, and they are so easygoing. Pour some water on them now and again and leave them to it, and they will keep coming back and flower over and over again. I don't have any orchids that are younger than about 8 years old, but they keep coming back into flower. I even have one with a keiki. Problem is that I don't know when to separate it from it's mother as it's always in flower. It looks happy enough where it is, but at some point I'm sure I have to plant it in another pot. Who knows maybe it will give me a new keiki of it's own. (Keiki is the Hawaiian word for child I believe, and is used for the offshoot baby plant that a mother plant gives.) Yours, Ann
That hat is breathtaking! You did this just for me! I know it! So excited - I went thru this carefully the moment I saw it. Thankyou 🙂 And what best way to make good use of tiny scraps of silk I just cannot throw away. Thankyou for the templates.
Hi Roxann, the gold leaf like decorations are ready made bead decorations called "beaded wire leaves". You can definitely make them yourself, but I don't have time for fiddling around with beads and wires! 🌿
Lovely! I enjoy making flowers for my apparel and for accessories.
