I am torn on this video.
On the one hand it was insanely impressive and thrilling to see Dave Chang work like an animal for 52 minutes to get seven dishes done. We got to see a glimpse of how he worked his ass off to get to the top and I was like "I see, now it all makes sense."
On the other hand I am looking at a couple of these dishes and I wish you guys would have had more time to give some instructions so I can maybe try to reproduce it at home.
Hearing all those kitchen ASMR noises brings back t😅he nightmare of working in a restaurant years ago
Would really be more enjoyable to watch if someone narrates, even ironically chefs style what ingredients are being used.

Before I watch it, I'm guessing the 68 minute run time means it didn't happen.
You have to subtract the 9.5 mins at the beginning with them figuring out what they're going to do and the time at the end where they taste everything and discuss...just saying...maybe they made it?!
