Michael's employee here, if you decide to try resin or silicone again; mix from the bottom of your container and work up, make sure not to mix from the top down. You introduce air that way. Also, you can tap your mold to bring the air bubbles to the surface, slow gentle taps. You can also use a lighter to pop the bubbles on the surface of the material before it cures. I know some artists swear by (I can't afford one myself so I can't speak from experience here) a pressure vacuum (I think that's what it's called) to get all the bubbles out as the material cures. I have to say though, you did Emma Frost SO MUCH justice here. She is GORGEOUS! Despite all the hardships you had, you created another Masterpiece!
Another work of art in the bag. As a fan of the character, I prefer the blue lips for Emma personally, because it sets her apart from other women who will commonly have red lips and emphasizes how cold she can (appear) to be. But as a fan of Hex this doll is stunning.
From a design doll pov blue lips would kind have blended into the whole look but this doll having red as an accent color is visually stunning, red bottoms, red nails, and red lips. On a doll, visuals matter more than backstory

lil tip for working with faux fur! if yout cut the fabric on the back side with a box cutter it preserves more of the fur pile. she came out so stunning

You are an artist! I remember watching your first Emma Frost and the glow up from your first two your second is astounding. Truely, the final product took my breath away. 😍
About the long time-lapses: usually when people are recording longe time-lapses they actually program a camera to just take pictures every few minutes. For example, to turn 8h into a 24 fps 10 second video, you would have to take a picture every 2 minutes ( (8x60) / (24x10) ). I've seen people sync the pictures to when the plate lifts, so it just looks like the machine is lifting the entire print smothly in the video. And with filament printers, they make the nozzle go to the corner and hit a button to take the picture at the end of every layer to achieve the same effect, it looks like the nozzle never leaves the corner and the print just appears
Georgina frost is in the house. Honestly this is the best doll I've ever seen in my life and the effect that headpiece gives like using her powers, ugh I'm in love you are so talented.

That wired cape is wonderful! It’s properly jaw-dropping. So so soooo good. I always found Emma Frost to be somewhat scary, but such a compelling character. You’ve definitely done her justice - the face is just gorgeous
As an Emma Frost STAN I had to stop everything and tune in! Obsessed with every single detail! I can only hope she gets at least an action figure that comes close to this masterpiece!
I love, love, love this. I always appreciate you trying out new techniques and materials; that's my personal favorite part of creating and I love watching other artists experiment and learn! For the resin bubbles, there are a few things you can do that won't require a vacuum chamber to pop those little suckers. 1 - Use a slow curing resin. It gives any bubbles more time to float up to the top and pop. 2 - Be as gentle as you can be when mixing your resin. It will introduce less bubbles. 3 - Pour SLOWLY into your mold against a side in a gentle stream. Again, just introducing as few bubbles as possible. 4 - Swipe a lighter over the top after pouring to take care of any of any bubbles that are already close to the top. A heat gun also works, just be careful not to get too close with that air! And a note, try sealing your master in a thin coat of gloss before casting to get a better chance of getting a shiny mold. This is especially the case for resin printed objects. Keep at it. I look forward to seeing what dazzling creations you have for us to drool and swoon over next.

Spraying on rubbing alcohol too, my recommendation is using a popsicle stick to guide the resin in so there's less air being introduced ( ˶'ᵕ'˶)⸝♡

I love, love, love this. I always appreciate you trying out new techniques and materials; that's my personal favorite part of creating and I love watching other artists experiment and learn!
For the resin bubbles, there are a few things you can do that won't require a vacuum chamber to pop those little suckers.
1 - Use a slow curing resin. It gives any bubbles more time to float up to the top and pop.
2 - Be as gentle as you can be when mixing your resin. It will introduce less bubbles.
3 - Pour SLOWLY into your mold against a side in a gentle stream. Again, just introducing as few bubbles as possible.
4 - Swipe a lighter over the top after pouring to take care of any of any bubbles that are already close to the top. A heat gun also works, just be careful not to get too close with that air!
And a note, try sealing your master in a thin coat of gloss before casting to get a better chance of getting a shiny mold. This is especially the case for resin printed objects.
