Out of how many millions of workers over 12 years? The actual figure is massively exaggerated and even if it was true, it takes all deaths from all reasons across the entire blue collar workforce of the country (over 1.5m with high turnover) which puts the mortality rate of the age groups on par with anywhere else in the world.
