Like the fact that he kept it all stock. Alot of other guy's are going with the fancy suspension and Ls swap. But can appreciate the truck the way GM and Chevy actually intend for it to do. I have a C10 and I would love to have mine done just like this one.

I've got the same thing, 1 (16) gallon tank but I'm running a gas sipping efi LS.....small (3.780") bore...notta 4.00+" bore lsa supercharged motor like in my '74 nova, which has a 22 gallon tank and it seems like I have to fill it every week, and I only use that car to drop the kids off at school. ........6.0+ ls engines are gas hogs and honestly you can get by just fine with a well built 4.8/5.3 and save a shit load of gas......I built a 5.3 with 4.8 flattops and an ASA cam with a th350 stalled at 3k and 3:73 rear for a '68 c10 longbed. ........that thing was a rocket ship.....I regret selling it for 6k....but I only bought it for $900 with the clapped out small block 327 which I sold locally for $400 to a dude building a rat rod......win win......I'm down to 1 Last LS motor sitting in the garage on a stand that I freshly built. ...6.0 l96 that I removed the dished pistons and put flat tops and another ASA cam.....I put flat tops in all my builds ls2 ones in the 6.0s to be exact. .....and I just love the way an ASA cam lopes .......
That truck reminds of one I used to see years ago at a cruise night in Marietta. It was a factory black big block C 10. The truck I saw was restored to original. I wonder if it's the same truck that's been modified.
My dad has a c/10 just like that, just my dads is a small block 350 with a 400turbo transmission, and my dads is a original shortbed and metallic Green, Inside and out.
I would love to have you guys build a truck for me. Here in the Midwest, most older trucks are suffering from environmental weight reduction (i.e. rust), so it’s hard to find something worth wrenching on. I’d like to do some of the work myself, and post to my UA-cam channel. Nonetheless, you guys do some fantastic work, and I look forward to seeing what else you guys can do!!
