Hello! I agree with Dana! Melting wafers are the best/easiest option because they don’t have to be tempered :) cooking chocolate and normal chocolate bars won’t work out unless you temper the chocolate before using (and tempering chocolate can be a bit of a headache)
@@bakeupcakes hi good morning.. I am from Sri Lanka.. In our country we can get cooking chocolate and compnd chocolate other than that we can't get any kind of chocolate.. Any way thanks a lot 😍😍😍😍
Hi, sometimes I get white looking spots on my hearts. It happens when I put the mold in to the fridge to set, do you know how I can prevent this or why it is happening? ;/
Hi! I’m not exactly sure why but it would because of something called “chocolate bloom”. This happens when the chocolate is exposed to temperatures that are too hot or too cold. So it could be that your chocolate was a tiny bit over heated and then when it hit the fridge temp the cold made the fats in the chocolate separate. Which can cause the white spots!
I originally purchased mine off Amazon but i carry them on my site now! :) www.bakeupsupplyco.com/products/breakable-diamond-heart-mold?_pos=1&_sid=46268cdca&_ss=r
@@Lili_Sweets13 no they are huge huge gaps, they literally do not fit together. I think I just have to order the correct mold that is specifically for a whole heart
Nancy Ortiz try adding a few more layers of chocolate to the sides (where you have the chipping problems) making the chocolate thicker in that area might help you unmold without chipping
What sprinkles and pearls did you use ? & where can you get them ?
I used a mix of sweetapolita brand and Walmart sprinkles. The sweetapolita ones can be found on their site :)

Really pretty work. Why did you use almond bark?
What size mold is that. I think the one I bought is like a medium sized ?
Can you put a link to what heart mod you bought?
You can either purchase them off of shein, (maybe) Walmart, or even Amazon!

Do you have any idea how people are making these into a whole heart? When I try the molds don't fit together and there's large gaps
Use a hot plate to smooth edges

U can do one at a time on the same mold
Can you ship these? If so how? I want to make one for a LDR but I’m not sure how to ship it out without it breaking or anything
Very cute! Where did you get that paper stethoscope?
I made it with the cricut! :)
But what do I put under the heart?
Some of the more popular options are candy, money, or small gifts
Where did u buy your mold ?
Nancy Ortiz I ordered mine off Amazon!
Have you made a heart in two colors i wonder how is it possible like for a gender reveal?
You could probably do a pink n blue swirl.
Every time I pull out my heart it chips on the side

Thanks for the tutorial 😊
The times I’ve tried to take my chocolate out of the heart mold it cracks Can you help ?🥺

You need 2 layers around the edges and middle
