You can buy it from Aliexpress for 1300 INR. But on Amazon.in, it is showing 10k INR. It is not worth buying for that money. Aliexpress is not functional in India right now. So I don’t recommend it buying from Amazon for such high price when the real price is 1300 INR.

It's an automatic watch. It works without a battery and the main power drive comes from the main spring.
