Thank you for sharing. I’m on a new path and I’m not yet sure where it’s going but I’m open to finding out. After being into new age for 8 years. I’m happy that I didn’t get into some of the deep practices that I’ve heard people got into. It was partially fear, and partially being blocked from entering certain things and I’m starting to believe that God had a role in it too, not letting me get too lost. Although I did get somewhat lost for a while. One detrimental side effect is separation, self-help seems to separate us from people. However it did open my mind to the notion of God. So I got both sides I think, the good and the bad. And here I am, listening to testimonies, and being brought people who walk in faith ☺️❤️

But then there’s some manifestation and other stuff once you take a deeper dive. He went to the school of Ramtha. I have severe anxiety and I truly was just looking to see if innocent meditation could calm my nerves. Mmm maybe , but not close to the rosary. I never did find my 10 million dollar house in the quantum. He never told us where it was or if it was gonna fall out the sky?? 😂

I also have a new age to Jesus testimony. I did write my testimony. Before leaving home every day led by the HS I pray for at least one soul to witness to and JESUS always puts on my path someone that is seeking truth, and many are new agers. Today at the grocery store I had a 30 mins conversation with someone who is in the new age and I gave her my testimony to read. She was in tears touched by HS. I always give my email and pray for them. We can all do it one soul at a time.

My dad was a Lutheran minister and yet my stubborn sinful nature kept me from recognizing Christ for 35 years (until just a month ago!). I am finally at peace..and it's a peace and a joy that permeates every fiber of my body and soul!

Greetings. I feel sad when people choose darkness over light and destroy their life. I see lot of them and I am from an Eastern country. Only Jesus Christ saves and there is no light in any one else.
It is sad, indeed. We must pray for the lost souls and not lose hope - may they be touched by the Holy Spirit and profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. If someone as lost I was can be saved, anyone can be saved 🙏🏻
I didn’t learn I was a God, but I was enlightened to the Christ consciousness. We could probably compare notes lol. I never tried the psychedelics though. Why do we seek? Is there any reason to seek a better future if we're fully comfortable and content with the way our body feels now? When thoughts slow down, you may notice that there is discomfort in the body, which may show up in a myriad of ways: pain, anxiety, anger, or any other sensation or emotion... This is part of the reason that we get addicted to thought- because it’s an immediately available way to avoid or try to fix the way our bodies feel. We won't be able to rest in presence for very long if we keep ignoring or avoiding discomfort. Rather, we'll continue to follow thoughts about past and future... We'll keep trying to escape... So, how do we bring direct attention to the energies of our body? The first step is to acknowledge that you are feeling something. We tend to acknowledge emotions and sensations first through the mind... We might think, "I’m angry," or "I’m afraid of what might happen," or we may simply notice that something is bothering us... But we can't feel emotions or sensations through thinking. These thoughts are narratives or labels for how we feel. They are not the actual energies themselves. For example, if you have the thought "I have a stomachache," that thought is a label for something that is actually happening in your body... In order to actually feel or experience the stomachache directly, you would have to bring attention down into the stomach area and feel it without thoughts on it... The same is true for all emotions and sensations. Once you acknowledge that you feel something or have been triggered by someone or some event, bring attention very gently to the body where you feel the actual emotion or sensation... With your attention there, feel into the sensation or emotion, and see if you can notice the peripheral space around it at the same time. Let the emotion or sensation just hang there in that open space, without trying to change, neutralize, or get rid of it. It is common to want to change, neutralize, or get rid of bodily energies. Just notice any tendency to want to do these things. This is resistance at work, and trying to stop that resistance from happening is simply adding more resistance. Bear in mind that we give power to words, pictures, and bodily energies by turning awareness away from them. And we diminish their power by turning toward them and remaining aware of them until they fade naturally. That one simple understanding, if turned into a daily practice, is highly transformative.

The bible will be your best source for finding out how Jesus feels about his followers taking substances that cause hallucinations. The neat thing about the bible is it not only contains the words of Jesus and the testimonies of those who witnessed him and walked with him, but it also contains entire books by his followers about him, what they learned from him, and what it means to follow him. If you read the bible with the intention of wanting to know Jesus' personality and his perspective on following him or taking substances to experience hallucinations, I guarantee you it will become clear to you that nothing in the bible, in the old or new testament, even remotely suggests that a follower of Christ would inhale a toad's secretions and think it was obedience to the commandments of God. Notice those who take it and love it and find it life changing dont leave the experience with "Jesus is Lord" as their confession? They leave the experience feeling one with the world, but the bible says the world is Satan's and friendship with the world is enmity toward God. (James 4:4) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8) And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2) Mike Tyson and Joe Rogan are 2 of the biggest supporters and promoters of DMT but their experiences from it didnt lead them to Christ, instead they are fine without Christ and you will find most all DMT users are or realize the deception of it and turn to Him as the Way the Truth and the Life.
It is sadly interesting that in the "new age" basically, anything goes, except believing in & following Jesus, don't ever mention to them about his commandments or beliefs, which talk against all that they are doing. Yes there are levels of what new agers are willing to do & what is a no-no to them but, if you want to do illegal drugs, go for it, if you want to be a nude dancer or do nude photo shoots, go for it, if you need to steal to get money, well, don't get caught & it is ok, child sex or pedo stuff, well, you are just expressing yourself & since there is no evil, then it is not wrong in your world view. Basically, all evil is not really evil, it is just experiencing life. There is no lasting happiness or peace in these destructive practices & beliefs, and the Devil & his minions laugh about you suffering & believing in their lies. This life is a testing ground to have you choose for yourself, to follow the one true God & his son; he will never force you to him, but always has his hand out to receive you, if you will.

Beautiful testimony. Out of new age after 20 years. Grew up in the Lutheran church. I believe I knew Jesus when I was little, but we did not have an active faith and our whole family fell away, tragically. Found Jesus again in 2023 at 58, praise God! 🙏 Opened my 50 year old Bible and began to REALLY seek Him. Found an amazing church. Was baptized on Easter this year. I still say, over a year later...it's ALL there! In His Word. Sometimes I feel cheated by the years away from Him, and I've repented of those choices. This is a tough question to answer. What I’ll say is this: I do believe that psychedelics, as demonstrated in the John Hopkins research studies have shown, *can* have the ability to be used as a medical treatment. That being said, I also believe that psychedelics open you up to demonic spiritual realms that have the potential to put your soul in grave danger. For this reason, I do not advocate for the use of psychedelics. The risk is not worth it. Everyone always talks about the positive benefits of psychedelics, but often gloss over the extremely high risks - psychosis, suicide, manslaughter… very dark things can happen when one has a “bad trip.” As for why God made these things… I could make guesses, but I don’t know. If I had the mind of God I would let you know, but I do not. All I know is that just because something is “natural,” doesn’t mean it’s good for you to ingest. The Word of God tells us: “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”
Most likely… She certainly seemed to fit all the criteria. I also found out from her mother afterwards that her estranged father also had bpd, so it would make sense. Really opened my eyes to the realness of mental illness.

Why do we seek?
Is there any reason to seek a better future
if we're fully comfortable and content
with the way our body feels now?
When thoughts slow down,
you may notice that there is discomfort in the body,
which may show up in a myriad of ways:
pain, anxiety, anger, or any other sensation or emotion...
This is part of the reason that we get addicted to thought-
because it’s an immediately available way
to avoid or try to fix
the way our bodies feel.
We won't be able to rest in presence for very long
if we keep ignoring or avoiding discomfort.
Rather, we'll continue to follow thoughts about past and future...
We'll keep trying to escape...
So, how do we bring direct attention to the energies of our body?
The first step is to acknowledge that you are feeling something.
We tend to acknowledge emotions and sensations first through the mind...
We might think, "I’m angry," or "I’m afraid of what might happen,"
or we may simply notice that something is bothering us...
But we can't feel emotions or sensations through thinking.
These thoughts are narratives or labels for how we feel.
They are not the actual energies themselves.
For example, if you have the thought "I have a stomachache,"
that thought is a label for something that is actually happening in your body...
In order to actually feel or experience the stomachache directly,
you would have to bring attention down into the stomach area
and feel it without thoughts on it...
The same is true for all emotions and sensations.
Once you acknowledge that you feel something
or have been triggered by someone or some event,
bring attention very gently to the body
where you feel the actual emotion or sensation...
With your attention there, feel into the sensation or emotion,
and see if you can notice the peripheral space around it at the same time.
Let the emotion or sensation just hang there in that open space,
without trying to change, neutralize, or get rid of it.
It is common to want to change, neutralize, or get rid of bodily energies.
Just notice any tendency to want to do these things.
This is resistance at work,
and trying to stop that resistance from happening
is simply adding more resistance.
Bear in mind that we give power to words, pictures, and bodily energies
by turning awareness away from them.
And we diminish their power by turning toward them
and remaining aware of them until they fade naturally.
That one simple understanding,
if turned into a daily practice,
is highly transformative.

The bible will be your best source for finding out how Jesus feels about his followers taking substances that cause hallucinations. The neat thing about the bible is it not only contains the words of Jesus and the testimonies of those who witnessed him and walked with him, but it also contains entire books by his followers about him, what they learned from him, and what it means to follow him. If you read the bible with the intention of wanting to know Jesus' personality and his perspective on following him or taking substances to experience hallucinations, I guarantee you it will become clear to you that nothing in the bible, in the old or new testament, even remotely suggests that a follower of Christ would inhale a toad's secretions and think it was obedience to the commandments of God.
Notice those who take it and love it and find it life changing dont leave the experience with "Jesus is Lord" as their confession?
They leave the experience feeling one with the world, but the bible says the world is Satan's and friendship with the world is enmity toward God. (James 4:4)
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8)
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2)

How did you qualify for unemployment as a coach?
It is sadly interesting that in the "new age" basically, anything goes, except believing in & following Jesus, don't ever mention to them about his commandments or beliefs, which talk against all that they are doing. Yes there are levels of what new agers are willing to do & what is a no-no to them but, if you want to do illegal drugs, go for it, if you want to be a nude dancer or do nude photo shoots, go for it, if you need to steal to get money, well, don't get caught & it is ok, child sex or pedo stuff, well, you are just expressing yourself & since there is no evil, then it is not wrong in your world view. Basically, all evil is not really evil, it is just experiencing life. There is no lasting happiness or peace in these destructive practices & beliefs, and the Devil & his minions laugh about you suffering & believing in their lies. This life is a testing ground to have you choose for yourself, to follow the one true God & his son; he will never force you to him, but always has his hand out to receive you, if you will.

Beautiful testimony. Out of new age after 20 years. Grew up in the Lutheran church. I believe I knew Jesus when I was little, but we did not have an active faith and our whole family fell away, tragically. Found Jesus again in 2023 at 58, praise God! 🙏 Opened my 50 year old Bible and began to REALLY seek Him. Found an amazing church. Was baptized on Easter this year. I still say, over a year later...it's ALL there! In His Word. Sometimes I feel cheated by the years away from Him, and I've repented of those choices. I am eternally GRATEFUL for his patience and unending love and grace. The peace you speak of is such a gift. Thank you for sharing your testimony home to Him. So AWEsome. ❤️

Do you believe psychedelics can be used as medication? Why do you feel God made those things, like mushrooms and ayahuasca?
This is a tough question to answer. What I’ll say is this:
I do believe that psychedelics, as demonstrated in the John Hopkins research studies have shown, *can* have the ability to be used as a medical treatment. That being said, I also believe that psychedelics open you up to demonic spiritual realms that have the potential to put your soul in grave danger. For this reason, I do not advocate for the use of psychedelics. The risk is not worth it. Everyone always talks about the positive benefits of psychedelics, but often gloss over the extremely high risks - psychosis, suicide, manslaughter… very dark things can happen when one has a “bad trip.”
As for why God made these things… I could make guesses, but I don’t know. If I had the mind of God I would let you know, but I do not. All I know is that just because something is “natural,” doesn’t mean it’s good for you to ingest. The Word of God tells us:
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”
