Of all the nature sounds and music out there which are designed to help you relax and sleep, this one is at the top.
How wonderfully magical woodlands were, when we were children, when our perception was still pure, before being "educated". Whenever I go into woods, I remember those times.
These sounds remind me of my youth when walking in the beautiful forests in Denmark

I'm used to being in nature peaceful and quiet and I'm stuck in a total hellhole on a seriously loud highway, concrete and buildings everywhere, under tons of stress constantly and sick in a lot of pain all the time, always exhausted and depressed, things like this really help, thank you.

This gives me walking through the beach in your summer dress with the thick, silky sun cream on your body. Carrying the picnic basket, blue starry swimsuit and towels, finding the perfect spot to lay down while the waters waves glide across the sky. People are kite surfing across the ocean on a sunny day. Little kids are building sand castles with their family and you can smell the scent of the sun cream spread across the beach as you laugh to the tune of singing birds far away. The nostalgia brings happiness to your ears. The sound of clashing waves, sand in your hands while you giggle away. You chase the birds around the beach, roll around in the sand. The scent of sun cream is still there, standing in the daylight vibes.

i became "addicted" to those tracks and stopped taking sleeping peels...my two cats love it too !!!

This is nice!! You can also hear the breezes blowing through the trees, or a little stream flowing in the background. Love this!
This is so beautifully soothing, and it's just what is needed in the background whether in the office or at home. I could sleep with this.

Pondering, listening, morning. See I believe, and Regan's son got his wish!....It's about Heaven and Hell. You see, God have you all fooled, Hell is on Earth! When you wish, as well as Heaven. It's just that we should not evoke our evil intent on others. The punishment. I, once long time ago had a serious operation, during it, a out off body experience,( they nearly lost me, left them a few minutes), most extrodinary beautiful ❤️ So, this is how I see it. The after Hell, is a nottingness off silence...where your mind is all evaporated, your alone for eternity with your thoughts no escape! Notting , no drugs to dim it. Think about that next time you don't care, and create hell.....Then, pray some, and look around ,see all the beauty, this Forrest, life, God gave us. And, repent.🐦👁️👉🇺🇸🇩🇰
