Good video! One of the better condos in R9. For people saying they want something cheaper look in Onnut or further down on the BTS line, but you also won’t get that tall of a building.
@ same here. Rama 9 was a bit too far from everything except Fortune Town and Jodd Fairs, not to mention the traffic along Asoke/Din Daeng Intersection. I used to live at the Ashton there and it just wasn’t for me.
Great video. It feels like you have a nice personality. And the review of the condo and building was perfect. I like it and it looks nice. But I also want to put a desk in my condo where I can have two big screens and a great computer (I'm a coder). Anyway ...big ups from Sweden. I subbed to your channel.
From this price you can get more bigger room here in BKK i think, so maybe you would try to see the other tourist who try to live and work here in Thailand channel, ex-sample Mike Yu , Emily Srichala, Keis One / and you can ask them to find the good one and more lower price.
I paid $650 a month for a 52nd floor unit in One9Five, the same as yours. That building has some of the best views in Bangkok. 9th tallest in Thailand I believe. Was a nice place to live but there are definitely better options considering the price hike. You can get a slightly older unit that's 100sqm+ for that price. My electric bill in that condo was over 5k THB per month. Those built-in AC units eat up power, combined with the fact you're in a glass box in 40 degree heat. The Chinese AirBnB guests are extremely annoying, especially considering the Juristic Department will fine you for forgetting your key card, but they'll let illegal residents stay no problem. :) Definitely buy an Air Purifier as there's lots of dust from construction in that area + general pollution. Hope you enjoy it there.
@@robertf57 I honestly didn’t hear anything except when at daytime I was siting on the dining table and and neighbors would open or close their front door.
In the gym, there is a rope attachment for the weight machine for doing tricep pulldown. I bought that and left it there. My gift to the other residents. 🤣
@@pamelathompson1216 I have baked many cakes in my home country, but in Thailand most of the places don’t have oven so don’t think baking is popular here.
@@NikTravels1 I lived in Thailand for five years...I really LOVED it...And I loved coming home from work and smelling some great dinner my housekeeper had made,,,I really miss my life in Thailand...I regret moving back to my home country....Your Condo looks GREAT! I'm sure it's really nice with the night lights of the city!
Is there other city that you can get condo with amenities like this for this price?
nice
Nice and Cozy! It’s great to wake up every morning with this view!

@@digitalleighton absolutely, but I still like OnNut area more than Rama 9

@@jellycoding thank you, in this condo you have space to put desk but you will need to discuss this with the owner. 👍

Bangkok is not for foreigners on budget
Keis one had one of the most shitty condos of any UA-camr, this is a nice condo for the price

@@astrikos4011 thank you for sharing more information about this building 🙏
Where did you renth for 650? I just found for 1500€ on Airbnb
@xKarmaYT in Airbnb it will be much more expensive than long term contract.
@@NikTravels1 But if I wanna stay 1 or 2 months I need to pay that price?
@xKarmaYT look for some Facebook groups for short rentals in Bangkok. But in Airbnb you will pay high price for 1-2 months.
❤
Thanks for the tour. How is the noise level? Do you ever hear your neighbors on the sides, top, or bottom? Thanks.
@@robertf57 I honestly didn’t hear anything except when at daytime I was siting on the dining table and and neighbors would open or close their front door.
@@NikTravels1 Thank you! I see a lot of condo tours on UA-cam, but I never see anyone address noise levels.

Good job man! 💪
It is a nice place. Do you have any issue with mosquitoes and air quality?
Condo is on 24th floor. No problems with mosquitoes or air, but I saw small lizard at the garden at 8th floor
Where do you rent this for 1 month?? I just see 1500€ on Airbnb
It is expensive for the size, area (Rama 9), and choice of materials I would say.
I don’t have much information for condos in this area so I can’t compare them. But probably you know more then me 👍
Casa de Dragon!
Whole Bangkok is “Casa de Dragon”🐉!
Cooking should smell really good! Garbage not so much....Hmmmm...Have you never baked cakes and pies? The aroma would be Wonderful!
