I cannot stress how many videos are out there that claim they can fix this problem but did NOT work. BUT this one did. I replaced a Logitech camera that did not support Windows Hello to another brand that does. And I tried every step in the prior videos and yours as well. But your final step which could appear to be the nuclear option fixed it! AND it did not change a thing with my apps and data! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
It didn’t work for me not until i realized that I have to switch my camera button on the side of my pc .. don’t waste your time watching this video it won’t help just check if your pc have an outer camera button close to the keyboard, that will solve your problem . That’s how I fixed mine
I wished this worked. Did ALL steps. Tried to reinstall first keeping data. Then tried to reinstall wiping out and starting clean. Still getting the error.
Ok, somehow last advice about updating Windows through ISO-image worked. Thank you. And f**k you Logitech and Microsoft for about 7 hourss of trying to find the reason and fix it.
