    At 11:24 you ask why the teams wear white in away games for two reasons:
    1) in the past, colored equipment was more expensive to produce, so they were used in home games, a tradition that still exists today, where clubs have the most complex equipment for home games and the simplest for away games
    2) Benfica has a tradition of having white secondary equipment in all its sporting divisions

      but since when is that? I stopped playing like 15 years ago and might be a bit outdated but back then away always meant dark jerseys

    No one is a bad player, because of a bad game. You are the first to believe in yourself no matter what.

    The thing I liked about this game is that you knew your shot was off that day so you chose to impact the game with defense and making good plays . That's great ball right there.

    Your vlogs are really informative and entertaining. I learn a lot about your work ethic and life as an overseas player. Many of you don’t get the recognition and respect you deserve.

    I'm from Ovar, but I couldn't see the game because I was having a final four on the U16 Ovarense team.
    That noise and movement near the hotel was "The Night Walk", it is a tradition of the Ovar's Carnaval, but it's only 1 night. And let me gess, your hotel's name is Aqua Hotel 😂 I recognized it.

    You typically don’t hear athletes talk about “showing up in their relationships” as a way to bounce back from a bad performance. It would be interesting to hear you elaborate on that.

    • @TreyDrechsel5
      @TreyDrechsel5  3 місяці тому +1

      For me an athlete is only part of who I am. Firstly I am a husband, son, brother, and friend… sometimes athletes have the tendency to forget that especially when their sport is not going how they want. When I recenter and be more present in my relationships usually it brings me back to what really matters thus giving me perspective on my sport. This perspective helps me get out of my head and just play. Good question.
      Maybe I’ll make a full form video on this!

    • @EglintonAve
      @EglintonAve 3 місяці тому

      @@TreyDrechsel5 I think that's a perspective that anyone could apply, in or out of athletics. Thank you for taking the time to respond, and for sharing your journey in general.
