Thank you for the comments. I know you like the carpet, I like carpet in other folks home, but I don't want to have to clean it especially with this red mud around here, I would never get it cleaned. @@LifescrazyAdventure I remember driving through Georgia and seeing all the red dirt, didn't know red dirt was in other places also. What causes the dirt to be red, high iron content? Thanks.
Could use a window over the toilet in the Master bathroom and the window over the tub in the master needs to open. I'd have to delete the window in the dining area on the front so I had a solid wall for my hanging wall hutch.

Beautiful home! I would make afew changes including remove carpet in all rooms and change to stand alone tub in master.

Window over kitchen sink Needs to Open
Not sure if you can special order that or not.
Not sure what causes it. It may be the iron, I never really thought of it.
The Thermostat needs to be moved over so not smack in middle of the wall.
