Bit of a running gag with these guys on some of their vids. The accordion player always turns up late.............well, right on time actually, in an unusual fashion, love it , love it, love it.

these guys caught me off guard. the kind of "joke" act you'd see on a ... Got Talent show and they just blow everyone away.
Don't feel bad man I'm from Southern United States and I thought they were a local band until the accordion came up I knew something was going on but I had to watch a lot more of their videos before I found out the real truth and that really blew me away anyhow I really did dig their music but then again I'm a big fan of bluegrass and rock and roll these guys are the Perfect Blend!!
I had no idea they were up to 130 million views on Thunderstruck. I get goosebumps every time I hear it!
this band is from where i live, Hankasalmi!! :) when i was little kid these guys started to jam with their friends :)

They are all around super talented and super nice guys! Been following them for many years now and have had the pleasure to get to know them personally. If you haven’t done so already, go see them live! They will knock your socks off! 😅
Accordion guys never shows up early or late..but just when he's supposed to! Seems to be a thing. I had a concert of them last night with my BF..love everything they do! So tight

One thing that makes me smile is that Thunderstruck words suits perfectly to that small village boys Image..
Visiting big City, seeing a "dancer" who gave so much fun that they were thunderstruck and had to Make a song about IT back home 😜😂

They are the nicest of guys, saw them twice last year in Helsinki, outdoors in July, indoors in November, it was also a live stream. Just days before all gigs were cancelled due to the pandemic. They were selling their own merchandise so it gave me the opportunity to talk with them for quite a while, smallish venues, that helped. They now have a different drummer and bass player, both great musicians like the previous ones.

Yes you definitely need to react to "November Rain"!!! In my opinion their cover is better than the original and I love the original, that's how good it is.

If Young, Young and Johnson didn't return their royalty cheque to Steve 'N' Seagulls, then I believe the surviving members of AC/DC should be subjected to 'High Voltage'. That was awesome. Great song choice. The accordion, the base, and the drummer "spooning" were refreshing to hear. All that was needed was someone blowing into a shine bottle, and the washboard. I love bluegrass

This one just keeps calling me back,this group is great,love their sound.
During quarantine I’ve either been listening to symphonic metal or bluegrass. Nothing soothes my soul like watching some doc Watson and friends. I found these guys too. I told them they should be state side playing at Merlefest. I think both doc and Merle are upstairs grinning from ear to ear listening to these guys. I can hear doc saying “son that boys playing an anvil” with that grin of his.
You have good taste, Amber! Both genres are also right up there for me. Both have very "pure" qualities, if that makes sense.
You didn't mention how the lead singer was just abusing the hell out of that mandolin - and playing it really well.

The Dead South makes much use of great banjo...Canadian Bluegrass. Very upbeat music...very dark lyrics.
Awesome I hot to see them in Fayetteville Arkansas a few years ago. Crowd pleasing and very kind over the hill groupies like me haha

Nightwish should use them as openers, just for the feel-good factor.
there is many other freaking good bands that should have been world wide known. like Peer Günt, their song "back seat" is legend and rocks since early 80's and every year they still play !
They seem to be good songwriters too. "Sweet Maria" is a wonderful song. It's a matter of taste, but Nightwish ends up far down on my list.

I like this version and also the instrumental 2Cellos version that came out at the same time. You should react to that version as well. Another good crossover is the German beer fest band The Heimatdamisch doing Sweet Child O Mine
