This was absolutely perfect for me. My whole life and I do mean my whole life, every time I've wanted something or think I "need" something God has given it to me. Every time.... there is no joy in it. I see it, I want it, I get it and I'm still not happy. It's like God was saying here Nichole....you seem to want this so bad so here you go, but he knew better. I don't know how many times he's re-taught me this same lesson and I've always failed to see it. I'm not going to feel Joy and there's always going to be a feeling of emptiness until I thankfully receive what GOD wants for me. I'm praying and waiting to be put on the path he wants for me without my normal interfering with his plan.

I want to have a baby so bad.But a year ago God used my need to be a mother to adopt a little girl.I feel down today bc another month and I’m not pregnant.🤣I really need God’s strength right now.Every thing isn’t about me.
This is me right now. I want to have a baby of my own so badly. I am still trying to discern and pray about my need and purpose as a mother will be, and how God can use it. Feeling extremely down today and with each passing month. I pray that God has fulfilled the desire of your heart and has filled your family and life with joy and peace. 💕

Our God is so powerful!!! Every word Pastor Steven spoke felt like it was meant for me. I’ve been struggling with waiting on the Lord to tell me what to do, but I learned that you have to actively wait on the Lord. You need to take the next step. If it’s the wrong one, our Lord will change it to meet His purpose for our life, but we can’t stay at a stand still. Thank you so much God!!! I love you ❤️ You are such a good father. I pray everyone who watches this sermon leans on the Lord for bravery in making the next step 🙏🏻 Amen

Sometimes I dont even know how I started watching elevation but I'm glad I did. It helped me carry over my love for the church and the important impact it has had in my life. Through it all I'd rather trust in Jesus. He will truly heal you if you put your faith in him and truly believe. He lives in you.

Sitting here and am happy just how many people have been blessed by this sermon , and i understand that each person is fighting for there purpose , and there is a need to feel satisfied that i accomplished my purpose in this life .
I know God has got each one of us and feel encouraged that God knows what you need and God will meet all your needs at His great time.

There is definitely a joy that comes from meeting a need that having a need met can not always provide. This is definitely a season of suffering for me and my loved ones and we are seeking a way to use our suffering to spread the word of God. Thank you for your words and bringing understanding to so many.

Theoretically , I do have faith that truth always triumphs and good always wins, but practically every time I sin and recognize I am being evil , unless I have killed my conscience, I am also painfully aware that good has certainly lost in me , and sin and evil has certainly got the better of me. Being the real deal is no joke.

Dear Steven I have needs I have been alone all my life did service to The Lord I do need a wife truth and all needs met sometimes I feel my nature is taken for granted I don't like to think like that I do surrender it all to God I have no one I blame I do believe that God will meet my needs I love God the realest truth is I trust in God more so many think I am so holy but yet those who need Him more He's sometimes the only one you can talk too He's been there haven't forgot He's not forsaken I never judged anyone but have seemed to be in a perpetual same ol same ol but yet it seems none important to others I am unique special but still human pray for me I agree with God's will being done always in Jesus Christ name amen

I was thinking all night i wrestled with a sexual need and i didnt understand it, kept praying for God to remove it from me...but now i do its the isolation of 12 years , am lonely, and He has nit removed it but I am going to see his salvation even in this, glory!!!!!
I have some needs and I have been praying with my full faith as much as I can muster. And i know by the end of this month all my prayers will be answered my needs will be met but Only IN God's way not my way

I remember when I got obsessed with Paleo. Then I doubted it and thought I should eat a whole plant diet to be healthy. I can think of a whole slew of things with opposite extremes (not just food related) that I'd chase after. One day I finally realized... I really only needed God. Not because these kinds of things aren't important... But because He really does have a way to guide your steps and cut through the confusion.
