It’s actually 42.9 if you consider by approximation.

Just a correction
In irregular rate we use role of 6sec , we count 30 large squares and then count the number of QRS then multiplying with 10 :)

Any method that doesn't take into account the speed the paper was moving at (50 or 25mm) is fundamentally flawed.
