I just wanna ask one thing. You said: You are the only one who can control your thought. In this case, who is YOU? As I understand, people (YOU) consist of 2 part: Body and Brain. A thought comes from your brain. Is YOU the same with BODY? Or does it have something to do with SPIRIT?

The mind is a separate entity. The mind is not you, and you are not your mind. Whis is why there are mind, body and soul. They are separate

All "conscious" thought (our monkey-mind) is derived from the internal map we created from what we learned/see in the external reality (Territory) - We have to actively think them. A thought is not always from our internal map. It can come from deep within our subconscious, it can come from universal consciousness, hive minds that affects us energetically, - "inspired thoughts". Our brain/body is just a transceiver. A thought is both within and without.

Is this a text to speech reading this? It's not Grinder as in someone who grinds things, it's Grinder with the I like Indian. It's not gestalt as in guess it's pronounced geshtalt.

If you rely solely on science for your navigation through life. You will have a very difficult time. Don’t misunderstand me, I said “solely”, meaning science has an integral place in one’s life.
