Being so knowledgeable about the game, I find it hard to believe you don't know this and probably you click and drag items by habit, but I'll say it just in case: You can Ctrl+click items in the inventory to drop them to the ground. If you have the cube open it sends items to it. I played this game on and off since it came out and I found out about shift+click to fill the belt at vendors a few days ago.
Wow another thing to add is you can gamble for claws even though you can't gamble for ethereal claws with 1 in 10 for rare claw and there is an unlimited gold glitch meaning you can get top gear( likely best in slot) bladesin gear with enough patience just gambling
Does prevent monster heal work with it ? Can one blade s hit 2 different targets in the 1sec/25 frame or only the first target and ignore all others in path for 1 sec/25 frame ?
Prevent monster heal does not work on blade sentinel. One blade can give damage to multiple target along it's path, but each monster will only receive 1 damage from that specific blade per second
As an avid bladesin user, I can can confirm it’s a really good build, even a budget Natalya’s set version is very strong

They help with baal waves quite a bit.
