Even if 5% of the billions of dollars wasted on war, was invested in the Oasis Plan, it would be a great investment for humanity. This is a truly great initiative borne of the imagination of Lyndon Larouche, which should have been implemented many decades ago. Now, more than ever, is the time to see it through.
