Ah yes, the NCR Service Rifle.
Ey for the Service Rifle, how did you manage to get it to fire semi there? I have the mod myself and the weapon still acts like a Springfield rifle.
Enable no clip/no reload, maybe?
I think you have more than one weapons.ymt files. You have to change the mod file load order and check the overwrite option in the ModManager mod so the weapons.ymt file of the Service Rifle mod is loaded later than others.
