Always a great show with Luke on there, and loved your take on the stadium at night. If we manage to get a home game in the playoffs, I will be there and Tailgating wherever Irish Whiskey and my stupid face are accepted. Great show, bad injuries (there was Amil as well) weird chants and singing in the stands (which you guys kinda glossed over) - lets go! On to Virginia! Go Irish!
Mannnn, we got college teams playing “take me home country roads” and “Sweet Caroline”. Don’t make it seem like it’s just about songs from “before you were born”. Just say YOU don’t know “DJ Kool”!!
Better teams are coming up on the schedule for sure. Will be a little bit better test each week. Mess around with VA on senior day and you'll be sorry. They like to take out opposing QBs
It’s hard to complain about 52-3 but this game has some concerning things in it. The rush defense was not good the offense had trouble sustaining drives in the first half Leonard wasn’t accurate and the receivers had some bad drops as well. They won’t get away with these things in the playoff.
The reason the cfp was designed this way is so SEC could get more teams in. Not what they wanted us to believe which is more teams outside the SEC would get a chance. Even when it was 4 teams SEC had 2 teams in a couple of years and argued for 2 every year. Now that there are 12 teams they will have 5-6 and argue for more. It is the best conference most years but it's boring for fans outside the conference to know they get special treatment every year.
You have to be hot to beat Florida State? ND has proven they can crush bad teams. A&M is the only win against a good team. ND disserves a play off spot but not a top ten what have they done to be ranked higher than Miami?
It’s actually ok that YOU don’t know who DJ Kool is. Others do….I bet for some reason you know who John Denver is and Neil Diamond is, though!! Their songs are older and get played in college stadiums all over.
@ yeah because Neil diamond and John Denver wrote massive songs that have had insane commercial success. I’m not trying to insult him but as someone in their early 20s I’ve literally never heard of this guy
There were at least 4 absolute drops. 18/27 looks much different than 14/27. Riley cannot throw the ball and catch it for his receivers. And, also, as bad as FSU is overall: they have legit talent at CB.

True….but how many teams in the top 12 actually have a GREAT running game? Maybe 2? I don’t see a team beating us NOW with ONLY a good run game.
We’ve been excellent against the run. Especially in the red area. Idk what ND team you’re watching

He had almost 300 total yards and multiple touchdowns, most importantly didn’t turn the ball over. Riley is playing great
This schedule wont prepare ND for going against quality teams
Not much they can do about it. It’s not like when they made the schedule, they thought FSU & USC would both be awful
Best you can do is destroy the teams you are supposed to beat
