I just recently did a 10 day silence paired with an 8 day water fast and this is exactly what happened to me. The fluid goes down from the center of your brain. It’s a warm, tepid. Doesn’t burn and it goes down your spine in waves until all the oil leaves the brain, then a warm energy starts going up the spine. I ended up so relaxed that I fell asleep afterwards.

I have had many out of body experiences, this information makes the most sense as to what is really going on that i have ever heard. I was born under a full moon in Capricorn. All full moon's affect me energetically more so than the others. New Moon was just in Capricorn, I can sense the energy shift within myself. It gets to a point where you are more tuned into the self than tuned into external validations. It's al about self discovery and getting closer to The Most High

Ive been trying tofigure this out for myself. You can use calculators onlin, but im unclear on how to decipher what hose the moon is at this current given moment. Ive established it was in gemini during my birth hour.

I use Chi Gong or Tai Chi - even if the teacher isn’t aware often these practices are rooted in principles for this. Maybe yoga too.
I believe you start 2 days before the moon enters your sun sign then spend those 2 days with the moon focusing on the alchemy within.
Trust me...you will know..the experience is not of this world. It is a rebirth and grand awakening. I do not recommend without proper foundation in God and his laws. Take your time. I have experienced this in depth...your entire life changes. Nothing of the ego matters anymore. It took me 6 months of dedication to meditation, prayer, exercise, breathing techniques and light vegan diet. Hi brother, can't believe I'm back here after a month. I've seen HIM/HER/IT. THE SOURCE. THE SINGULARITY. I bet it's a good start. and I'm on my own journey. I won't do it drastically for I think my guide wasn't allowed me too at this moment. But I felt your advice resonated with me. I'll let it come to the right time. I'm in the level of intellectually awakened and now aiming for a spiritual awakening. I am doing gradually thou. I'm letting my course of study do its thing. What I like about Santos is that as much as he's one of the most intelligent human beings of our time, he also has been growing right in front of us. He didn't believe in a historical Jesus Christ, but now he does. Because as much as astrotheology teaches about the Christ within, it is also teaching about history because if it happens in the sky (The sun that gives life and saves humanity), and if it happens inside a human being, then it definitely happens in actual reality which is Jesus Christ.
Why? Because as above so below. If there's a savior in the sky then there is a historical savior on earth (and many others carrying a similar energy before and after him ie. Buddha, Krishna, etc.) Also as within so without. If there's a savior within then a historical savior definitely exists. It's spiritual science. The inner, the outer and the cosmic life are all testifying if each other.
I'm not saying let's sit and wait for Christ to return per se. What I am saying is the more we realise the Christ within, the more the external Christ will reappear as per scripture. And we will be like Him because we would have already realised our own inner Christ which is part of what He had come to demonstrate.

It takes 30 days to begin, or have the chance to begin. There are a lot of factors that need to be in play. If purify your body as much as possible, stop eating meat, sugar, drugs , alcohol, sex, sugar, caffein for optimal results. however, you will see results the first 30 days of retention simpply for sure, mark my words. I think there are increased benifits depending on the extent in which your purify your body.
