    Can I ask if you opened the jar at any moment?? Especially the first week.

      Hi~ I opened the jar like once a month for fresh air. I didn't open the jar on the first week but it's OK to open. The key is to keep it clean.

      Hello, it looks like you used a kimchi pot in the beginning of the video then a glass jar. Any preference on which is better?
