The thing I love about your race videos is not only are they entertaining, but I always learn a heap as well. Nice one!!
2 wide for an entire lap is my favourite kind of battle. Rarely happens & always surprises me "oh I can take that line through there?" can learn a lot about yourself & the track during those fights.
It's always fun to make it out alive aswell don't care who comes out on top.
There is a great lesson here about defending your position too Dave👌🏽. Knowing where you can, and how do drive alternative lines. Even though you ended up losing the position(s), it was a great example of how to, and that there is more to racing than lap time.

D for destruction. The fixed GT3 Ferrari challenge is a blast. Laguna Seca this week and Dave has a circuit guide on the Traxion channel. As far as D class racing goes, that’s my favourite. Formula Renault 2.0 if open wheel’s your thing. Good luck getting through D, it’ll be a challenge.

The Porsche is hard work around here. I’m finding the same with the 2nd half of the track. Lapping in about the same times as you then you look at the pole and it’s over 2 sec quicker
CZ was in your head bad. He was playing with you until lap 8. He could have easily gone into T1 next to you but he backed off every time before. Even after he passed you I think he was playing with you by braking early. Good hard racing though, always fun to watch.
It's rare to see you overtaken, let alone twice in one race, but 2 epic battles.
A pleasure to watch such good, clean racing and such dogged defence.
Whatever happened to those easy races with some bubbly at the end?!

Every time I give the Audi 1 last chance I wish I'd never bought it. But here I seem to be doing Ok with it. I'm struggling with The Porsche, it's usually my favourite

Barcelona is a tricky little track and it's easy to spin out round there.
That was absolutely great racing Dave and you didn't do too much damage to the SR & IR.
I'm afraid I wouldn't have been able to withstand that kind of pressure and would have bottled it before turn 2.

Do you know in turn 1 you can put your right wheel behind the sausage without getting an offtrack? It allows you to go flat out in T2.

Christian Zergling (sorry, couldn't resist xD) Some pros are dope as f***. Some are smug a holes, that drive you off the road, if you give them too much trouble. When you encounter the former, it becomes racing heaven.

I’m not a fan of the Porsche fixed setup at any track. The VRS and Apex setups are much better.
Wow Dave. That was intense at times. I never thought that Audi would get by but he certainly sussed the sausages out didn’t he. I think I would have crumbled having Christopher behind me that long…that was tons of pressure !

If you ever wanted a demonstration of a real racing driver vs a simracer there you have it in one simple race - lap after lap you and Chris go through the first five turns side by side with no touch, and then when Damon catches you he hits you (lightly) three times while barging past - sure you can do some door banging in GT3 racing but it demonstrates the difference in skill and attitude very nicely indeed.
I dare say there was a bit of netcode in it as well - Damon sounded like an Aussie so he would have been pinging 200+
I don't know if it is that real race drivers have forgotten more than anyone has ever known abour racing or if it is that most people online never knew anything about racing. I guess it is just in how you think about it.
It’s true, if you want to make a leap up in racing ability, it’s all about judgement, car placement and making your opponent go where they don’t want to go.
Good racing Dave. Ferdinand Kool, who ended in P3 is also a former Pro Driver from the Netherlands.

I wish everyone raced like that. I think the difference between real life racers and sim breeds is they can tell the difference between a move that’s on and one that isn’t.
Drive like Max ! It's risky but it worked in this season 😂 .... I tried and won in ACC, it works 8 out of 10 times, I got kicked for driving like max, becoz I left little space and did some overtakes by late braking 😂😂😂 they were furious and I had to stop race 😂😂😂
EDIT: I know it's not really driving like him, still that much aggresive driving is enough for me say I drive like him
