Сейчас главное перестроить мышление людей, а уже после доводить КПД до максимального значения. Немного прогнозируя, вижу одновременно развивающихся шесть направлений в производстве электромобилей. Двигатели трёх направлений, принципиально новых..., АКБ трёх направлений, тормоза рекуператоры и амортизаторы, стабилизаторы они же генераторы. Магнитный нагрев и охлаждение салона и АКБ блока. Кузов в сочетании нержавеющей стали, алюминия и карбона.
Может моё мнение ошибочно,но я считаю,что изготовление и сборка эл.дв всё-таки дешевле чем современные ДВС. Нам говорят,что высокая стоимость Эл.мобилей обоснована дорогим составом батареи, ну и соответственно её изготовлением. Looks like a lab or marketing production for 2-200 motors a day. There is never a second motor around in the whole plant. We will see till 2030 if there will be huge volumes or not. For getting started having a standard Continental motor can save a lot of money.

Silicone Gasket. When they assembled the two parts later, they didn't show the bolts coming up from underneath, then they show the robot lifting the entire assembly. I was, man, that is some strong stuff they put on. Wasn't until it was mounted on the next rack that I saw the bolts that were installed from underneath. They left a lot out in this video so you have to watch closely to catch them.
But it is wrong the copper bundles so they are made very badly, the robot should do them separately. And use an automatic tying machine on each bundle and then return the pre-packed bundles to the engine.

James Moriarty I express my thoughts, you see the technology without additional ideas and cold, stupid and it is the first step where man loses command over machines. Making an engine like this for two or three brands of car, I could tell you it's good for me, but the software must be diversified and very valid and the car price should go down and instead these last factors do not exist (they do not know how to produce). Tell you that for cable cabling I would adopt a copper pipe in pieces and cut horizontally to cover the copper wires (instead of the stapler that we see) or even that the paste (gasket) for me is not distributed in a way uniform (only covers half of the bolt holes) and the distributor must not be a hole but a rectangle just as wide as the part to be covered and narrow for a better thickness. What is the point in having a single automatic screwdriver with several drivers on a single / horizontal plane and not making it screw with the screwdrivers that can be used with an external screw? move vertically between them and have a twisted screwing on several levels on the bolts that wrap the motor casing (one-shot operation). Of course you need a software for vertical management of the screwdrivers or maybe it will take other sensors, but they can be overcome problems. I do not like the unique and linear production in successive phases of a chain of phases, it would be great to have two parallel lines close together that, in addition to doing separate / net works, can do exchange jobs, in a flexibility of work chosen by the production engineers. The carts that we see should only turn in a ring around these two lines or centrally if the engineers consider it appropriate. Production would be faster, but robots have to change jobs during production to achieve the purpose of canceling the (negative) robot downtime you notice.

И вот во время этого этапа, например не дали смазку или дали мало или ещё какие проблемы. И потом мотор не пройдёт тест и его либо на rework либо в утиль. Это уже не известно. Но таких моторов может быть оооочень много. Зависит уже от фирмы что им дедала эту линию

Absolutely ridiculous, there is nothing complex about these motors, they are 100 years old by design because they are so simple, yet you would need such a complicated factory. For what? Assembly? This is why electric cars cost so much. It is clear to me now that the large car companies are preparing for the future building of far more complicated machines, and electric vehicles costumers are paying for that RD, nor for a simple electric car. Such motors have been mass-produced all over the world for like 70 years without robots. At 2:17 just take a look at that shrinktube dispencer, come on! A bucket would do just fine. I bet that box alone costs like 100k $ . so, yeah buying an electric car, means paying for some other products R&D.

But you’re wrong. This level of automation is to achieve two goals: 1) reduced cost per unit, and 2) consistent quality. This level of automation sits already used for a decade in ICE car manufacturing. It’s simply not cost effective to let humans do it. Yeah, each of these work cells cost 1 to 10 MEUR to develop, but when they start pumping out tens of thousands of units 24/7 they are WAY more cost effective than a human heavy work force. Plus, for some reason, humans think humans would rather work on designing robots than on weaving copper meshes for electric motors
While the principles of electric motors are 100+ years old, there have been steady and ongoing advancements in material science that make modern motors more efficient (better stator laminations, better magnetic metal alloys, better dielectric coatings). Finite Element Analysis software/maths and modelling created a better thermal distribution stator/rotor for improved efficiency at higher currents. Improved/refined manufacturing increase overall motor performance/robustness/efficiencies (e.g. tighter air gap tolerances, better balance), not to mention improved production throughput and quality consistency. So the "simple" electric motor is actually quite a sophisticated piece of engineering at this point - a 99% efficient, 45krpm, compact, cool running motor is state of the art today. If you don't appreciate the importance of that, you are not paying attention.
