Love your videos Adam. So informational
Thank you for the comment , and for watching !
Great video, Adam. Love the intro shots. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks, much appreciated !
Always fun to watch! Thank you.
Awesome , I appreciate it !
I've dabbled at this, but through watching your videos I'm actually learning something!
Great ! Thank you for watching
Great training and guidance! Thank you.
You're very welcome! Thanks for watching !
Thanks for another great video Adam. You’re a good honest prospector and I always learn a lot as well as enjoy watching your videos. I have a Garrett ATX pulse induction and my old go to standard Gold Bug 2. So I really enjoy watch you work with the GB2. I learned a new thing today watching you use the iron disc mode. I’ll try that next time out. Every one it seems has jumped on the Mine Lab bandwagon and few UA-cam vids show any other brand, I think the Gold Monster 1000 certainly rivals the GB2 and the 5000,6000 and 7000 series PI machines are certainly excellent machines but seriously $5k to $10k for a metal detector is ridiculously expensive for many of us. So again, love seeing the GB2 and your enthusiastic approach to all your endeavors!!
Thank you so much !
Very entertaining and informative video. Great edited. I love such sharp-edged gold that has not traveled long distances. Thanks for showing Adam and always wish you good health. Best regards from Switzerland🇨🇭✌🏻✨🍻
Thanks so much !!

Mini Gold Patch & Hand Sizzling LOL
👍🏻🤠🇺🇸
Thank you !!
Great Video Adam, love the scenery and nuggets....
Right on Dave, thank you!
Arizona desert is very beautiful this time of year where I was there but it's a long ways to go from a little gold with the only guy to the dry washer and a metal detector so one of these days maybe I'll get out there and give it a try so you take care and best wishes to you and finding all the gold you find your friend Richard Steph Kokomo Indiana bye
Thank you so much for your input !
I just have to say~Very nice guns you have !
LMAO ! Thanks for tuning in!
It all adds up little by little. Thanks for the video buddy it was great
It sure does !
Dude the videos are getting better and better. Sweet intro too! Keep em rolling in Adam.
Thats great ! Thank you very much
Good work Adam, yeah it was definitely a warm weekend!
Thanks Andy !
Good stuff nice lil nuggies and great scenery!!
Thank you !!
You sure are finding some pretty little pieces there Adam. As usual great video. Lots of gold still out there just have to work for it and know what you doing! Sometimes a little luck helps too but mostly knowing what to look for and where to look.
I always appreciate a little luck ! Thanks for watching Mike !
That bedrock needs some serious shop vac action ! Nice gold ! Love it !! Thanks for sharing Adam. 🤠⛏⚒👍
Stop making me work so hard , Ha Ha !!
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK 🤣🤣🤣
Good instructional video plus the desert looks healthy. Best of luck.
The search for new spots can be rewarding ! Thanks for tuning in ...
I would think about dry washing that area, sure do miss those dry washing video's from you guys.
Well hang tight , there may be one soon. Thanks for watching !
Adam, your videos are getting better and more informative with each episode. Well done, and keep up the good work! I'm still willing to send you a length of vinyl tubing and a bedrock brush so that you don't have to blow bedrock dust in your face. HH Jim Mcculloch
Hi Jim ! Good to hear from ya ! For now , I will stick to the more primitive methods...ha ha That means my backpack is to full to add anything .. Thanks for watching Jim !
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK Adam, I know what you mean. I'm often accused of going into the goldfields looking like a refugee from the Foreign Legion. "...but I need all that stuff..."
Awesome video! I like how you add in the scenery shots! I can’t tell you how often I look around, set the detector down, and just start taking pics. Az is just too photogenic!
Your so right ! And thanks for tuning in !
Sweet tool find!
Heck yeah ! Thanks for tuning in !
With all those Heavies and Black Sands that's exactly why I got a monster so much more pleasant to work in high iron and salt areas love your videos keep them coming
Yeah, thats where the monster shines over the Gold Bug 2 ......Thanks for watching !
Nice pieces Adam! 👍🏼
Thanks man !!
Hey I liked that homemade adjustable length crevice tool...old wire can have so many different uses. Ha! Wonder what a dry washer could round up in that area.? Enjoyed seeing the gold and beautiful scenery!
Well, there are hand stacks everywhere so its already been drywashed unfortunately
What I would give for .3 grams... Still looking for my first find. You done good my friend. And a couple snakes to boot. You da man!
Thank you !!
Great video, well done on the gold
Thank you !
thank you for the info, the wife and i have been hunting for over 2 weeks now, but no nugget. i just wish i knew enough on where we could go. but we will keep trying. we have gold bug pro and gm1000 i just ordered gold bug 2, hope it works better.
I think you should have sold the gold bug pro, and bought another GM1000
2:20 - I thought you were about to say your GB2 found THAT little thing. I was about to fall into a deep depression. Thanks for clearing it up. :D
Ha ha , Thanks for watching !
Nice video very pretty gold mother load
Agreed ....Thanks !
Good advice🇺🇲⛏️👍
Thanks man !!
Great video..no comments for 6 mths?..odd?...my confidence in the GB-2 grows..
Its such a fine machine !
Being raised in SW Florida outdoors, HEAT and big snakes are common.
Like you, I never wear snake protection, it’s just too hot!
Do you see a lot of rattlers?
Yes , I certainly do ......Thanks for watching !
"Are you under....... the power of Gold?!" Dan Fogelberg
Yes ! That's correct :)
I love gold nuggets 👍just like I love burgers 🍔 keep up the Metal detecting bro it’s a good religion and it’s good for the soul 👍
Awesome , Thank you !!!
All my prospecting friends are trying to figure out where you are, I'm just happy to learn new things! I'm an explorer of history, these little things you share make exploring that much better!! Great video as always...
Ha ha , Arizona is a pretty small State ...Shouldnt be to hard to figure it out. Hint : The largest Gem Show in the country is held not to far away.... Thanks for watching !
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK Tucson obviously is the biggest, but that doesn't matter! If I don't find minerals myself, they have no meaning imo...
@@ancientexploringarizona I can relate. I sold all my Purchased specimens and only have self collected in the cabinet now...
Nice. I really like how chunky they look. They are but keepers for sure. Just curious, What do you do with your gold? What I mean by that is. Do you sell it or just hold onto it. If you sell it. Where would you sell pieces like the ones you found in this video. Obviously you would have to find a bunch more to make it worth selling. I only ask because I don't know that I would sell any that I ever found. It took to long to find it.. Any way thanks for another video.
I sell a little now and then. Usually to privte parties. Gold that is so hard to find is always hard to part with ... Thanks for watching !
Love your videos! What song did you use?
Sorry , I dont remember the song....Thank you for tuning in though !
Would that area be good for drywashing? esp in your "nugget patch" area?
It's already been drywashed in the past, so I wouldnt bother....thanks again for tuning in
Would a Pulse Induction machine make your work easier? I'm still trying to figure out what detector I want. Can't afford two of them. Cheers!
If you get heavy into the hobby you will find that you need a VLF and a PI . However, if you are just starting out , id suggest the Gold Monster 1000. The Gold Bug 2 is 699.00 at Kellyco but the GM is way easier to use.
I BRAKE FOR BEDROCK - right on. I’ve seen the GM1000. I’ll take a closer look, cheers!
I agree.....every time I start finding those little what I call Iron nuggets the gold nuggets soon follow.
Yes , its always a good sign for gold! Thanks for tuning in !
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK I actually keep the really pure iron ones. I have a container I throw them in when I get home. That's why I call them "iron nuggets" Out in Gold Basin area, if you start running across them slow down.
Gold in the hand better than in pan !
Works for me ! Thanks for watching !
So how do you make the determination to only metal detectors an area vs dry wash it?
Based on the amount of fine gold we see in the gully
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK but if you find pickers like you did, would you not want to go ahead and dry wash it? If there is gold there, there is gold there if all sizes. Know-whudda-meen?
How do I know WHERE I am allowed to metal detect in Arizona?
I am thinking about Maricopa county but maybe other areas.
just find BLM land with no active mining claims on it. Have fun !
I’m a GPAA member and a disabled veteran looking for someone to show me the ropes a little more. I’m in Arizona. I’ll pay for your time.
Im sorry but its exceedingly rare that we take people out . go to the GPAA claims that are the hardest to get to. Especially now ! right after the monsoons
I'm a new subscriber and enjoy your content. I'm a full time RVer and plan to travel across the country in the spring from the east to the west. Can you recommend a club or association to join that will help me find areas that I can hunt and not violate other peoples claims?
The GPAA is the only Nation Wide Club that i`m aware of . Thank you for tuning in !
I BRAKE FOR BEDROCK - Thanks for the information, maybe I’ll see you in Arizona.
Nice job lefty, My Garret AT GOLD just will not pick up nuggets that small..😳
No , I doubt it would. Save up for a gold Bug 2 or a Gold Monster 1000 , leaning on the monster of course. Lots of smaller gold out there like this and you dont want to miss it. Thanks for watching !
Minelab 1000 Gold Monster will.
Hello Adam, live in az you mind if I ask what area you are at. I'm YUMA COUNTY.
Yavapai county mostly. Thanks for watching !!
Might be worth while taking a bucket of dirt off the bedrock and pan it out when you get home.
Good idea ! Thanks for tuning in !
Guessing that thick chuncky coarse pieces, haven't traveled far from their source ? ? ?
Not likely ! Thanks for tuning in...
If that gold is rough doesn't that mean you are close to the source?
Could be ! Ive been looking ....
About $20 in AU
Yeah, not much but I got out for a day
Going to soldier Boy and Double J any tips .lol
Hunt the outskirts of the claims, and focus on bedrock. If your panning , well just try where it does not look like someone else worked.
Bradshaw mountains?
Yavapai County .....
Sir best metal detector for nuggets plz
Minelab
Man real nice coarse pieces...... When they look beautiful is when you look at them under a strong magnifying glass...... You can see the texture of the gold and the quartz mixed in the gold...... It's a great experience finding gold ! .......Thanks for the video brother ! I think I found the same family of donkeys that you seen (Castle Hot Springs area) check them out in this picture: www.flickr.com/photos/152404214@N08/49256083606/in/dateposted-public/
Ha Ha , im not sure where this castle place is , but great pictures... Thanks again for watching !
Is that the place near bulkhead city?
@@UA-camforcedmetochangemyname No , not that I can tell ......Thanks for watching !
Nice video. How Do You plan your Videos out? #love xD
I Just wing it ....Still trying to figure things out mostly. Thank you so much for watching!
Use a discriminator. I've seen discriminator beeps on gold. I use my gold bug for test sampling only. If it starts getting really noisy in the wash I take a pan and sample the dirt.
Sounds like a lot of work
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK 😂
You guys rack your area that you work or what lol.
Sometimes I`ll rake an area, its rare though
I dont know about you guys. That piece at the 3:00 mark was kinda ugly.😀
Do you need permission or stake a claim on the BLM when just swinging for nuggets?
No. However you cannot prospect on someone else’s mineral lease without permission
Dousing rod
I use rods at work .....
