Thankyou both for taking time out to explain and share your strategy in identifying and bringing the ingredient’s of Geo mapping to bake the gold cookies (nuggets) I’ve been using GeoVic for a couple of years and still learning which ingredients I need, a combination of faultlines, contours, old waterways, contact zones, shallow leads & diggings, Pxh ground etc, etc, and that’s just from the home computer before stepping onto the Goldfields. Thanks.

How do you zoom in so far ?? ive tried on the Trilobyte app but it doesnt zoom that far in (just says please zoom out) I cannot see the same detail (tracks, old workings etc) as you show in your videos. Great videos btw, new to prospecting, trying to learn !!
@@MarkRaayen right on Trilobite select satellite in the TOP menu THEN slide the red OVERLAY slider at the bottom of the screen left so the overlay is OFF and you can zoom in on the satellite image then as much as you like 👍 😁
Hi Mark, I think the offline satellite images have more detail than the google ones. If you go to the 3 bars on the RHS of the screen you get the option to download offline satellite images
Thanks Craig Just wondering, Ive been using trilobite for a while, but I don’t know all the symbols. Is there a legend to refer to for the 250k and 100k Geo maps?
@@samsue1224 NO unfortunately the legend /key is only found on the full size map ☹️ and they are not easy to Google/research either... You might try DMIRS they used to have full maps for sale
Thanks for the information. I'm hoping to get to WA for the first time next year for a look around. If you want to keep those spots to yourself I think you need to take down the video, wasn't hard to find where you were showing
your welcome. and we are always torn about showing any of our patches but we believe the only way people can truly learn is to SEE REAL information with their own eyes and nobody else ever does this so we feel we're giving something valuable to people 👍
