- Piaggio NRG Drive Belt And Rollers Replacement we are changing the rollers as they were well worn with flat spots while we are in the casing it made sense to change the drive belt.

That's funny the clutch and variator say TGB!
If you put your palms on the clutch bell. You can open the rest pulley by squeezing your fingers towards you. Then hold it with one hand, and the belt will slide between the pulley halves. That's how I have done it. No problem getting the belt on the front then.
They obviously had a problem with the plug lead. But you will fix it properly. 👍

tip for you when changing belts on automatic motorcycles if you squeeze the clutch half closest to the bell whill turning it it will open up. once it has opened up you can slot the belt in wich will allow some slack so it is easier to place it over the variator pin 👍

Cracking video mate 👍 any tips for getting my variator and clutch nuts off? I've got a jcb impact and a holding tool, tried both with no luck 🤔
You tryed a bit of heat.
@@ProjectMan a little yeah but I didn't know how long to heat it and didn't want to push it. Might try it again though and get it a bit hotter. Do I let cool right down again before trying to loosen it or give it a go when it's still warm?
