that's why Grubby is a GM. He may be foiled by misfortune in the past minute and get his crypt lord killed. In the next minute, see his micro in action, surgically surround, kill every opponent unit and heroes, level up 2nd hero to level-3. if this doesn't get you hard, i dont know man.
30:10 I don't know if it was ever before anywhere else, but as soon as I saw that one shot in Legecay of the Void prologue of Zeratul chilling in his ship with his alien nipple, I just had to make a meme post about how little sens that makes.
Random share: I remember when I was 14 or so (2005) and I would make Archimonde a playable character in the undead faction and would allow him to summon like 6 infernals, meteors and all, with his rain of chaos ability. Oh the fun of the World Editor, I've probably spent more time on that than the actual game itself.
Regarding the "if gargoyles look like they use magic, why piercing damage?" discussion, I also have that problem with dragonhawk riders. They carry longswords (normal damage) that make them look like flying knights, but they shoot bolts of magic (magic damage) , but they actually deal piercing damage.
i am fine with garg cause it can described like a wind cut hit resulting physical damage, but with the dragonhawk we need more explanation from blizzard :)
Iirc, the magic damage thing was MOSTLY a nerf to caster attacks, since in RoC they're piercing, and are super super good into most matchups. Making the magic attack type, then giving it to casters was a stealth nerf, that comes with some upside. So, most ranged units that "look" like they should have magic attacks are in the same boat, except they're supposed to have a better damage type. I have no idea if the overall damage type sentiment has upheld through the life of Frozen Throne, but, at least at the time it was done, the type change, along with each race getting at least one extra hard dispel unit, was done because RoC's was stack casters or gtfo
Humble and noble Poncho knows he has not a chance to win, yet he chooses to stand his ground bravely. We could all learn a few things from old good Poncho.
12:08 grubby... how tf do you know that!? yes, a poncho looks like a raincoat, it doesn't work against rain tho. Better for the cold, and looks. It's a south american, indigeous germent made of wool. edit: nvm, i just found out that raincoats are called "poncho" aswell, all around the world. nice.
One time I was playing a UD who kept trying to shut down my Demon Hunter with sleep. At the end of the game, he said, "You have the best micro I've ever seen. You always canceled it immediately." I told him, "No, my micro is so bad I just set an archer to attack the DH all battle."
far be it for a noob like myself to question a big pro like grubby, but wouldn't carapace have been the play vs. blademaster? all that damage gets reflected right back at the blade + inherent hero armor?
Can someone explain to me how he selects all of the acolytes and ghoul together at beginning of the game and puts ghoul to wood so quickly? Is it a hotkey or tab select on the ghoul and hitting the gather hotkey? I always end up accidentally sending everything to wood after the gold mine if I try to do it quickly.
I have the new try hard strat. You use potm and try hard to win but you need to maximize the awesome ne advatages. Getting rings circlet and claws.. tanky potim. with stealth. And ambush. You harass with hero and 3 archers. Then you go for double glaive production for the main kill. Followed by a secret nearby hidden pocket of archers wisps for dispell and repair. Its all about the circlet rings and claws. Solid
Creeping with cryptlord like bronze player being dumb and goofy, loses cryptlord and suddenly switches into world champion mode kills everything with 5 ghouls and a lvl 1 hero. Man that harass at the creeping with the shade was out of this world.
Always wondered, what is the reasoning behind building a necropolis at an expansion as UD? Isn't it an advantage to not build it when you're the only race that doesn't strictly need to? Seeing as the necropolis doesn't have "tower damage" until upgraded, isn't it better to spend that money on ziggurats for example? I assume I'm missing something.
It costs only gold, you can tp to it and due to it's size acts as a nice block to make acolytes harder to reach. Undead has most vulnerable workers, because you can't hide them in burrows, mines or transform into militia for better stats.
Some classes were really underutilized in campaigns. Illidan is playable and memorable DH, but we got to play him in like 4 missions? Compare that to the screentime of let's say Keeper (Malfurion) or Paladin/Death Knight (Arthas). Archmage despite being a very popular Human hero is also played like 2-3 times? (Jaina)
Grubby: "i am going to show you how is done with cryptlord..." ... proceeds to kill everyhhing with ghouls and DK lvl1 with outwordly micro. Yeah dude let me magicaly attain 400apm style and surgical precision and copy your strat.
He might not be that bad but instead dk/lich are absurdly better, coilnova is one of UD's strongest points Both FS and AM are also ranged, with one of them having ranged summons too
He actually has some useful, though somewhat niche abilities. Carrion swarm is nice, but sleep and vampiric aura will be more useful if you go melee like ghouls, aboms and skeletons from necrowagon strat. I guess aura has a strong synergy with that Infernal, it gives a lot of staying power when he punches stuff with chaos damage and gets hp for it.
@@masterexploder9668 Vampiric Aura do indeed have a great synergy with Infernal. Also don’t forget, Undead is the only race with 3 Melee heroes. Living and dead: consumed

considering The legion could drop those guys like rain really puts into perspective much of a threat they really were.
They really do drop these infernal RoCs like reign.

AYO!? 🤨
huh wat lol
i am ROCK SOLID
I'm 100% agree wit ya smokin but wit the hard part. Yah crazy man, mon
Me not that kind of orc.
22:01 he actually send the wisps back into the mine in time.
23:40
one dies
Jebaited, then not jebaited, finally jeffed.
Very nice first game. I think the hypothetical game you described in such detail was a good warm up.

protoss consume nutrients by skin absorption, so the nipples produce milk and they BATHE IN IT
It's a vestigial nipple
even the infernal’s pose is just pure chad
30:09 deep thoughts with Grubby

23:45 that bait tho!
Dreadlord living life on the edge the whole game.
fr it felt like he was at 100 hp for the final ten minutes xD
22:25 is the greatest escape I've seen and a very pro play no matter how small it might seem. He played that so well. GG
9:47 the surrounds begin. Wow
Dreadlord is S tier to watch you play Grubby
That 3 hp inferno though
That swarm and inferno gigachad punch was godlike. Love ya Grubby ❤
Love 27:00, I was praying for you to give him a Infernal on his head🤣
I recommend to do a Tier list of heroes and/or units categorized by how fun they are to play with.
This is much more relevant :DD
Infernal action let's gooo!
I've heard of the concept of Gargoyle Stone Form surround years ago, but that's the first time I have actually seen it.
Inferno Solo 2 heroes Holy Gigachad
tree falls to the ground the moment it arrives
You mess with the STier, you get the horns!!

There's nothing more depressing than watching Infernals on WC3 then seeing them on WoW.
"How did I instantly get found? So unlucky." Very relatable sentiment for all players in this game
Nice, really fun games! So nice we have some wc3 content or regular basis!
3:37 Exactly! Thank you
I never realized, Reign of Chaos is a pun for the infernals.
Iirc that's also the name of, either Archimonde or Kil'Jaeden's skill that summons a bunch of them, Rain of Chaos

Night elfs should not be allowed to buy shredders.. Are they not protectors of the forests?
They are the ones who literally eat the forest alive ...

come and join, cause i already did

it's so stupid but when grubby wrote arthas shmarthas i wheezed so hard for no reason
You'd better watch out Grubby, you're the highly suggestible type.
Was that a Zoolander reference????
This is day 2 of asking Grubby to cast more of Bober’s art of war
hi dear grubby
far sight of farseer is now FREE of mana cost, what you think about it?
it is amazing imo
Good freaking lord this was like death by a thousand cuts.....just undead stuff everywhere 😂
My god what a fantastic second game.
Also, you can’t just drop a line like that at the end and quit out cold. What a mental image to leave behind!
When i was a kid, i'm so pissed that the first Dreadlord that we got to play in the campaign (Varimathras) has Doom as ult rather than Inferno.

Pretty good for first day of the game warmup
22:05 he didnt killed the wisps
I like how Grybby makes 1000-s face expressions for his vid. previews)
Yay! My daily pill is ready! 🎉
I used to be right 66% of the times too, but o got married.
By the Warchiefs brazen balls I'd love to see Grubby go DK-Lich-Blood Mage (Banish) and nuke things :'D
Its funny to see how no one care about half dead dreadlord running around attacking everyone
Haha nice song, how's is it called? "You're farmable"?
You can't end the video on that note, Grubby.
not just 3 types of people. you can be passive without being greedy or safe.
hello can u make video how to download originasl w3 please?
Double kill GG!! 💯🔥
10:04-10:20 That's why pros don't take tomes 8)
The major mistake was to auto-attack twice and run for the wrong direction. Game was kinda lost anyways.
10:43 LMAO
I've just figured out that if there's dust of appearance there must also be dust of disappearance
This is closest that I've come to PhD in chemistry

I dont really get it, summon heroes are extremely meta (orc/human) or at least viable (elf), what is it about crypt lord that makes him dogshit?

i tried to pause the video by hitting F10 and i was confused caus it wasnt stoppin
Where is the tier list?
Grubby, upload a video of orcs vs undead, explaining how to adapt to the new goal of that Game. Pls bro, make it possible
30:15 wait what
One of your best games
Nice first game of the day.
Gruby you need to go for 3 heroes
Preferably doomlord criplord and deathknight
Gotta admit, that last one made me spit take
I believe you grubby.
Crypt lord is actually good, if ya build it properly
Oh no james blunt
Gargs vs NE 🤮
30:14 wait what?!
What a way to close the video
But why male models?
Dreadlord, bad in terms of stats but insanely good ultimate
It’s like the Blood mage, Shadow Hunter and Potm

What a cute dog.
Yes grubby they are dead, they are eating a dead unit that could have been risen as an undead unit which makes it legally cannibalize.
OMG infernal is really busted. It lasts forever
what an end
Not enough minerals.
op period
GG❤
Grubby... its simple just sleep the other hero that is doing the staffing, only way this could be more epic, nice game
Crypt Lord first more like solo DK unholy aura surround build
NIPPLES!?
I like Batman too 🦇 🤣🥳❤🔥
And with yours last comment I thank you for the dreams im having tonight
