@@HannahKathleen @Ronelee. Hi, while I do respect your pastor’s opinion, I just wanna point out that not everyone wants to be married. I used to have the same sentiments about dating but then I realized that not everyone is comfortable with the idea of marriage and that is totally fine. I think my point is that we shouldn’t invalidate this mindset of others and that it’s okay to enter a romantic relationship without the intention to marry, but rather have the intention to spend the rest of your life with that someone despite all challenges

The brand and concept that marriage is being promoted as is rigid and limiting, and it affects how people perceive dating, relationships, and even communication with others and with ourselves. For love to be as expansive and God-reaching as we here try to believe, we would then have to accept that the definition of relationships is so so much more.

Many times when thoughts like 'why isn't anyone actually pursuing me?' or 'why don't I have a boyfriend nga ba?' come - I don't really know if it's just me or the Holy Spirit actually whispering to me - it will just be so alive in my heart that God is protecting me from unnecessary heartbreaks and from investing my emotions on things that won't last

14 years ago I prayed for my future husband. Our pastor said pray specific characteristic of your future husband and I did. Everything I prayed for is exactly my husband now. So everytime I want to complain to God about my husband I would always remember that he is the guy I prayed for. Hahaha... So be careful what you pray for. You must know yourself and what you really want then you start praying. Of course wait and be patient. Work on yourself while waiting. And when he comes be brave enough to claim the answer to your prayer. God speed everyone....

It makes me realize that everyone who is in the “waiting season” is very lucky. So take all the sweet time you need to work on yourself and just enjoy life. It’s hard when you are stuck in a marriage or relationship that you’re not sure if it’s the “right one”. I guess a lot of us learn certain lessons the right way. I really think you’re on the right path Hannah. How I wish I’m this wise when I was in my 21 😊💕 . Keep on spreading love and inspiration and thanks to your parents who are sharing you to the world!

Love these kwentos, lots of wisdom to be shared❤️ Some people are just learning what you already know at 30, 40, 50 years old and so on... awakening and self-awareness will make life so much easier. I’m still on my journey back to God and clearing that pedestal and getting His gold plated name on it. It’s true, when you give that spot to somebody else, you will be disappointed. You should definitely have a list. And be specific because God hears prayers. Some things on my list were: Korean, christian with christian family, not a pastor but with ministry in the church, knows how to play the piano and will fill our house with worship, 3 years older than I am, tall even when I wear the highest heels I could find, virgin.... (ahahhah... the audacity!!!!)..
That's not all that is in my list but I tell you my husband is exactly everything that my list is. Don't doubt what God has placed in your heart. Because if you are trusting in God to guide you to the right person, He will impress in your heart the characteristics of the guy you are meant to have. So when you pray for it, you are already agreeing with God's will for you. Just as Rebecca fulfilled the requirements in the prayer of the slave sent by Abraham to find Isaac's wife, So will your future hubby be able to fulfill your list. God's appointment is very crucial. You would miss the day of His visitation if you are not awake or you are not expecting. Your list is your faith and your expectation. And God is faithful, He will meet all that is in there. And your joy will be complete. And also so when your married you won't be able to complain or doubt because your spouse is exactly what you have prayed for... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

right now, i just want to focus to myself and my family. i wanna see a graduation photo of me and my family. above all, i know i have a looooong way to go. i can meet more people. i don't want to get into relationship because i just want validation. i want to settle things with God and my family. i wanna know myself more. i wanna reach more. because i know if that person comes, im giving my all, my time, effort, love. care and heart. i want to see more in me because ive always been so insecure and i feel pity to myself.
my mom actually taught me to pray for my future partner (it happens for her) just like "i hope he's happy. i pray he had a productive day. i pray he found comfort while i am not around yet. please make him feel that someone out there loves him already, although i don't know him yet." hahahahahaha this comment is all over the place but yeah. love u hannah

Hi Hannah! Loving this ep. I just want to say that I have been witness to God’s answers to prayers in terms of husbands. It’s good to be specific and also to work on yourself at the same time. We cannot give what we don’t have, so learn to be happy and love yourself first. Only then you can give the same love if not more to your husband 🥰 I pray this ep. reaches a lot of single men and women out there, esp those that are asking why they are still single. You are not ripe, so God is not letting you fall (in love) 😉 just yet.
