I'll be honest, Rocks are probably one of my least favorites. - They don't stick, so they can more easily get eaten - their crushing immunity is good on only a few enemies(wollywog, cannon beetle, long legs) - Pikmin 4 kinda makes their uses less necessary(i don't remember using them that much) I'd rather have reds, or even blues, than rocks in my party
