WBC bantamweight world champion Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire, the four-weight kingpin whose late-career renaissance cemented his status as one of boxing’s greatest lighter weight champions, has one more shot to stun the Japanese pound-for-pound icon.
Inoue and Donaire will meet in a title unification rematch Tuesday, June 7, at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. Inoue and Donaire first fought in November 2019 at Saitama Super Arena, with Inoue overcoming a broken orbital bone and nose to win a unanimous decision in the consensus Fight of the Year.

Juarez lost his next 5 fights in a row after this fight, then won 2, then lost 4 in a row. Currently "inactive". Apparently, this fight took more out of him than Donaire. Big heart though.......

Nonito hit Inoue with all he got during their first fight. No matter, Inoue did not go down. Donaiere is the greatest Bantam weight champion that ever was. I wish Nonito would have fought PANTERITA Neri. It would have been a great fight.

This one of my most favorite Nonito performance. He was doing things at Will! But Juarez is super sturdy too, he eventually made this fight harder than it look like it was about to go. Donaire look like he rolled his ankles or something too though

Donaire was under tremendous pressure, he was getting hit a lot after ducking and dodging most punches the first 6 or 7 rounds. He was exhausted by the end, but he was never in danger of going down or losing. Never badly hurt by any of the punches he took. Juarez was hurt a dozen times, but he was determined and has a chin of absolute granite. He went down twice but any other fighter on the planet would have been KO'D by those bombs that Donaire was landing. Juarez took some huge blasts and kept coming. That's any fighter's nightmare, but credit to Nonito for withstanding a test like that.

Nonito should have box intelligently but he gave the fans excitement. He could have finish this guy if he has combination punching ability. He throw single shot at counters.
