Thank you so much honestly it's so tough to figure out from study materials attending online classes seems of no use these days your way of covering different topics giving apt examples are helping me sm in making notes. Thank you 💜
great video professor, I get a question please I hope you see it, what is the main difference between split half and parallel forms? they are a little bit confusing because I think they are the same, thank you so much.
They are similar ways of assessing reliability. The main difference is that in parallel form (or equivalent form) participants would take 2 (or more) different tests and the results would be compared, while in split-half participants would take a test once and after it would be split into halves to create and compare 2 scores for each participant. Hope this helps!
@@paigemcdonald568 Generally unscored questions would all be in a separate unscored or experimental section, so how time was used by students within that section wouldn't have any impact on their scores

Sir do you make any videos related to psychological testing i.e item writing , item analysis, test construction and so on?
I don't have any more detailed videos on these topics but I'll consider this area for the future, thanks for commenting!
@@PsychExamReview thank you
@@fatimaAqadir You're welcome!
Wouldn't that mean the unscored questions could potentially be taking valuable time away from the scored questions?
