I actually really enjoy darkfort. There have been some other creators expanding it in different ways, but honestly those aren't quite as fun and intuitive. (Korg is probably the best of the bunch, but is it's own beast in a lot of ways)
I had fun with it too! Corny Gron took the formula and expanded it very effectively (whilst keeping it a 'micro-game' experience).

Very cool- might look into this. It reminds me (although this almost certainly came first, I would imagine) of 4 Against the Darkness in a lot of ways if you've ever played that.
Yeah pretty sure this one came first. Sure, I've played 4AD, though it's been a while and I've got a few new books for it I haven't used yet! Go back far enough on the channel and you'll find some playthroughs 🙂

Playing RPGs alone in my room and I have found this one among the mork borg zines. I would love to try korg but I can't find it on eBay.
Yeah you probably won't find Korg on eBay. The designer sells it from his Ko-Fi account - there's a link in the description of my playthrough of that game.
