Paul, could you please do a video on how you freeze your mangoes? I started freezing them whole but not sure if that the best way.

Isn't it possible that the grafts you did could cross breed amongst themselves and produce a fruit which is different than what you'd expect?

2 older mango trees unknown variety. Recently purchased 5. Going to put around my house. One of my older trees is only produced fruit twice in 10 years thinking about taking it pretty far down and wanting to throw some grafts on it.

I have a bunch of questions on mango grafting and would love to know additional places to learn. We just bought a 3-gallon Carrie in Zone 9B that will get planted soon. Our goal is to have 3 or 4 varieties on one tree, is it better to wait until after a few years or now before the tree has ever begun fruiting/flowering?

Can I graft onto a male tree?
(I have a mango tree in my yard that has not beared any fruit in years. Im pretty sure it's a male variation, so im thinking about grafting another fruiting mango tree bud to it to possibly stimulate some type of growth).

Mangos are hermaphrodites, there are both male and female flowers on the same tree. It is likely that the mango you have has self-incompatibility so its male flowers cannot pollinate its female flowers.
You can graft something else onto it. Mangos have very good compatibility with other mango varieties, and even different mangifera species.
I’ve even read a report of a mango being grafted onto brazilian pepper tree, since they are distantly related.
