This is not the first time you remember Vebi as the first reaction to a ukrainian performer. I found this video today. I had to drop the title of the song into google translate to figure out which language it was. It looks like it's slovak. This is a group of slavic languages, and listening to it ukrainians may even understand some words, but apparently they are not from Ukraine. It turns out that the first ukrainian performer you made a reaction to is Onuka. I wonder how you found her.

I remember how Indira, a singer from Kazakhstan, came to perform at the ukrainian show "Voice of the Country" and sang "Melody". After that, two million Kazakhs came to the original Hardkiss video on UA-cam. It was incredible.
There are great videos by Hardkiss "Make-up" or "Tony talk". Other group members appear there, but not more than the standard 5% of the time.
By the way, I also notice that specific ukrainians have gathered on Uncle Momo's channel. As you said, they are mainly fans of certain categories of music. I don’t know why.
