I couldn't agree more about your answer for the question of the day: I think it's much harder to suspend your disbelief with the nano suit; not only the old suits give a better impression of actually "being there" but they stopped having complex "suit on" scenes and they replaced it with very lazy CGI.
Not sure about the price but I like that they’re making chunkier figures like this and Hydra Stomper. My least favorite Iron Man suit was the Infinity War suit, other than that any of the other Stark suits are cool to me.

If you subtract the price for obadiah, let's say $20, then the figure cost $55. For $55 and the lack of paint and weird choices, it's kind of a rip off. Good thing I got my 2 pack for $45 brand new in December😁. Still hasbro is pushing the boundries for their price increases.
Least favorite is definitely the 42. Don't like all the gold, don't like the lines on the faceplate, and it was broken for the entire movie. I don't love the look of the nanotech suit but at least it had cool functions so I'm able to overlook that, but the 42 has nothing going for it. Close least-favorite would be the Mark 6, with the triangle. Also, is Iron Monger really more ratcheted in the lower body than the Sentinel?
I really don't care for the Mark 50. The Helmet is passable but everything below that looks so weird. The shape is way too organic and the breaks where we get gold and silver aren't done in an Iron Man way either.
I DON'T like the route Hasbro is taking. They're charging me 30 dollars to pay for a figure that back in the day ToyBiz would've released with better sculpt and paint apps, plus an unparalleled fun factor AND a free comic book inside the package for only 20, I'm talking of course about the new ''deluxe'' Captain America, which looks good and all but is just clearly overpriced.
I mean you had been saying that Hasbro is slacking in a lot of ways for a long time that only recently they have improved but not to the standard they should be. Its a little annoying but what can ya do. Its the reason i don't buy MCU Spider-man figs I'm not painting the web lines and i shouldn't have to.
I was counting on Anthony on a definite decision, haven't bought this, as the set doesn't seem to justify the price range, $80 w/ tax & shipping for 12 y.o. characters..the hype factor's definitely gone, still undecided..at $50 I will. ;)
I personally love the nano tech Iron Man suits, it's fire how he can have different weapons and the shield but I have a soft spot for the classic suits and the suit in Civil War is dope!
My least favorite iron man design is probably the Mark 6, i’m not a fan of the triangular design of the reactor and the silver trim on the gold sections looks weird
Also the ammo belt having the tips painted but not the rest of the casing is accurate. Some belts will cover a large portion of the casing, some only cover a small portion of the middle of the casing.

7:01 kids today have higher standard. Even toys need to look and function good enough. Yes, kids start playing digital games/phone early. And, it is especially why toys need to be "good" enough to attract them. Hasbro always say "those are meant for kids", yet their products do not look appealing even to kids, let alone collectors.
I love that Iron Monger, but I passed on it due to the price. As to Iron Man…I think my least favorite was the suitcase suit from Iron Man 2. The nanotech suits don’t bother me, as he had those in the comics as well (though it was called the Extremis Suit or Mark 30).
Yeah the nano suits suck, especially when every scene is cgi. Obviously can’t do the nano tech transform in real life but scenes where his helmet is down, I feel like he should be wearing a real suit for his entire top half at least
The Iron Man suits start to lose me after number 38, for which we never got a Legends version. (Basically after Iron Man 3 in the MCU.) I like many of the accessories for the nano suits, but not the overall designs. Digging Iron Monger, but will watch out for those limited pistons and joints
He did have the repulsors in his hands. He need something to help stabilize his bulky ass in the sky. Plus him being limited in articulation is fine but yeah those shoulder are bad.
Just came to watch this review because these sets are about $31 at gamestop now. Don't think I'll end up buying it. As far as the question of the day: My least favorite Iron Man MCU suit is probably the one from the first Avengers movie. I'm just not a fan of its boxy/bulky design.

Answer of the day: my least favourite Iron Man armour is Mk. 85. Not a fan of the colour scheme and it appears a bit too "weightless". Your review reflects one of the key reasons why I'm phasing out Hasbro from my collection. They keep designing and building their figures as toys for ages 4 and up, as stated on the box, but retail prices are getting close to S.H. Figuarts or Mezco 1:12 Collective. Especially in markets outside the USA. The most ludicrous example being the ill-fated 2021 HasLab Rancor: a somewhat big articulated plastic toy, for the price of a Deluxe Hot Toys figure. Something's got to give.
For me the worst was Mark 42. Too much gold in the design n it was too slender for an Iron Man suit! Ps: Hey buddy, Antony custom the reviewer is a real life person too. I've got ur back 😄
This set is shit. The original BAF from WAY back (Wave 3?) of the Return of Marvel Legends (Blue Monger) was far superior. This just looks like a challenged Iron Giant fig... bleh.

I think it's less being lazy and more just being less believable, it's like seeing something that should be sci-fi turn into fantasy

Briefcase usually have files and documents in it. Suitcase are traveling with clothes. Lol I think anyway thats how I always looked at it.
My briefcases always have stacks of money and sometimes a wire transfer computer with a green backlit keyboard.

Sure but it's not sculpted that way and the odds of that type of round being solid brass are pretty long.

Feels like you aren't getting what you pay for. For $70 I shouldn't see any plastic, it should be covered in paint.
I don't mind something not being covered in paint if there's no reason for it to be there, especially since it means the figure will wear more easily

Least Favorite is probably the mk. 42, my favorite is the Mk 5 by far it was so cool
With it's downfalls looks like a buy on a sale type of figure. It's impressive at first but definitely lacking when inspected.
You can also rotate the rocket.
my least favourite armor is the infinity war one because while i like the weapons i wasnt a fan of the look of it, the distribution of gold and red

Iron Monger is a great figure, but overpriced. ⚡ It seemed unnecessary to include Stane if he doesn't actually go in the armor.

I agree with the nanosuits, as cool as they are in theory, they all looked mediocre. And the Marvel Legends of every Nano Iron Man were terrible imo.
