I love old school animes, but honestly animes thate were released between 2010-2020 had the biggest impact on my life, like: tokyo ghoul and sword art online season 1 and 2
2010-2015 anime was just perfect imo, not as big of a fan of some of the recent stuff, especially post ~2020. Not saying more recent anime is necessarily bad just that I personally don't enjoy it as much. And certainly I recognise that there may be some bias due to nostalgia with my opinion.

And it both is a really good song, and much more Pop-sounding one. So, add a couple of years to allow more fair competition, and you get results like this...
